You have a map of the RV park and you also get several coupons for discounts around the various restaurants if you haven't gamble before they also give you some starter money like $10 for your first round. If you wanna try the slots in the casino The campground is horseshoe shaped with a mix of drive-through campsites and back in sites very easy in and out for RVs in each site has a nice patch of grass. Most sites have a nice view of the hillside filled with oaks and various shrubbery. There's a gas station as you check in and a store that has all the basic amenities next to that is the pool with an awesome fire pit and hot tub. Is a very family, orientated. From the pool area, they have an order window you can order food from the grill and of course the convenience store is attached so you can also walk in and get what you might need. Close by are showers and bathrooms. They also have a dog park see dogs can go and play and that is also next to the campground. One important item is there is no tent camping here as it is an RV park. Adjacent to campground that's just a short walk away is a casino that has live entertainment and all kinds of restaurants to choose from with various price points everything from cafés to steakhouse. The campground has a regular shuttle that can pick you up and drive you to the casino, which is a great convenience. We like to come here for a weekends and Friday night. We usually go eat in the casino and enjoy the live entertainment and then Saturday and Sunday we enjoy exploring the local areas which is full of rivers, lakes, hiking trails, and if you like boating, there's plenty of that around.

Their only drawbacks are weak wi-fi (especially in wind) with spotty internet service so it's your hotspot or other device you'll need to count on, there are no trails though from a sidewalk you can see Llamas, and the water connections have one spigot. We're non gamblers so can only add the casino is non smoking only in the food establishments (bits of first floor though all the second floor).

She follows the protocol her company requires and then goes above and beyond! She makes me feel like a human and a valued tenet, not just a space number on a computer ledger. Because much of the park's natural beauty was decimated in the 2018 campfire, in addition to her office work, Crystalrose diligently strives to bring new and maintain existing beauty to the entire park. She ensures that the landscape is kept well-manicured and clean. Additionally, the monthly space fees are very affordable and I always feel safe here!!

He's elderly and has had great service with the manager that helped him through this process. It's good to see there is still good compassionate people in this world. This was a big part of the decision on why Oroville Mobile Home Park was chosen among the rest of the Mobile home parks we toured. The office was closed when we arrived at about 2:30 in the afternoon. We were unable to get the Wi-Fi password or the code for the showers. Very disappointing.

New corporate management still hasn't addressed cleanliness in the facilities. Clogged toilets…read moreevery day, filthy floors, and they prioritized painting the bathroom over cleaning it. It looks like a 5 year old painted. Management did nothing when a tenant went into the ladies bathroom while a young woman was showering. They still don't clean the dog yard, poop everywhere and they still don't empty the poop trash can. Lawn care is a joke, weeds and dead lawns throughout. No full time manager on site.

I have stayed here twice now. Once in an RV with an older friend and once van/tent camping with my…read morekids. We had a wonderful experience both times. The grounds are very rustic and quaint. It's an amazing, natural and private environment. The short walk from the campground is beautiful well-kept and well-lit with small lights in the bushes next to the trail. The Hot Springs are clean, beautiful and relaxing. I love the location right on the river as we spent one afternoon soaking in the hot interspersed with cold dips in the river. The kids loved floating down the river through the small Rapids and getting out at the Hot Springs where they could warm up for a couple minutes before repeating the process! Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. The proprietor is very responsive via text.
