I really have nothing negative to say about any of the teachers, they have all been wonderful with my girls. One thing I love about this studio is you can talk to the owner/teacher, Miss Veronica, and she will come up with a dance plan/curriculum that works for your child and revolves around their interest in the dance styles. There's plenty of spectator parking, all just steps from the track. And there's plenty of seating on both sides so you can grab your view of the fast-paced action from the starting line or down by the finish line. Watch racers in all kinds of cars and "classes" compete for the fastest reaction time off the "tree" and best speed down the asphalt. The crew does a great job of keeping the track safe and prepped - so important! There are various concessions available so no need for dinner before you arrive. Great Zumba instructor, high energy but she watches her class and adjusts the workouts to the attendees' reactions. It was a pleasure and worth the trek down to Milan to take this class. First class is free. After that - $9. If she teaches somewhere else, I would follow her. From the outside, the venue is huge, inside it's tiny and cramped except for the studios. Members can invite friends & family to the pool, who can get in under the members name & member number, if the member is there. The pool has a bit of a landing, so when you step in, it's like a small, shallow splash pad for littles or people who want to sit. There's a bar at the pool, so you can have poolside drinks, and ice cream! The pool in the summer has been 5 stars for us so far. I would rate the food & service at the restaurant with 4 stars. Shout out to server Ronnie who has worked there for several years and takes great care. One additional thing is they often host kids parties for holidays (Christmas they have Santa lunches, Easter, Halloween). These are expensive for members to sign up for, but they put on a very nice buffet style lunch for families and have crafts, gifts, egg hunts, etc for the kids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT vending for Uncle Sam Jam in Woodhaven. #1) All communications were done via phone calls, no paper trail of promises. (Learned my lesson THERE!!) #2) Promised me a "fairway" placement because my product is "too cool for the crafters area". I would have NEVER paid $1k dollars for a one weekend CRAFT show. I believed I was paying for a premium placement at a MUSIC festival. I reiterated my spot may be wrong during setup, but was reassured that WAS the fairway. It was not. It was the entrance to the carnival, 95 percent of guests power-walked right past us. This "fairway" was behind the stage and not visible from there, with NO SIGNAGE or promotions on their sites stating vendors were involved . #3) took ZERO consideration of booth placements, placed three jewelers next to each other, two candy vendors next to each other, BUSKERS who distracted and scared away guests right in the middle of us. The poor handmade BBQ sauce booth was placed with FOOD TRUCKS and has sold a big ol $300 by SUNDAY NIGHT. (Day FOUR) #4) Any feedback I've given to the organizers has fallen on deaf ears, only stating they did INDEED place me on the fairway as promised. States it's probably not my demographic, (guitar string jewelry at a music festival?, Ok!) Had they charged a FAIR PRICE for their booths, I would have made enough profit to pay for another show. However I only made my money back on costs of goods sold. Now I get to rebuild all my merchandise for free. They are refusing a partial or full refund. I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. No wonder all the vendors we met were first timers like us, they probably don't get many return vendors treating them like THAT. I will NOT return to Uncle Sam Jam.

Beautiful town! The Old Mill Museum is surrounded by water and is across a bridge which gives…read morecharming views from every corner near it. I've heard that the museum is haunted. It definitely does have the goosebumps vibes. The day we visited the town just happened to be the day that it was closed so we were not able to enter and check it out. On the side of the building there is a park and it has a pickle court and it looks like fun! The neighborhood has beautiful homes and it feels very homey. Will definitely be back!

It was a gold mine of local history in a great building. It had three levels and if needed the staff would allow family members to ascend/ descend the other levels if needed to keep with the social distancing. We were the only ones at the time with another group joining as we were leaving. Dundee is rich is history and many artifacts and gems are present here. I especially liked the school display area and the general store area. My favorite was the archives where me and my son looked at newspapers and yearbook dating back many years. White gloves are provided for very delicate documents and books. Henry Ford was influential in the machinery and design here also. If you love history and or have tekatives in this area, this place is for you.
