I never see the same bartender more than once so not sure if they have a high turnover rate, it does seem like a boring place to work since it seems to never be busy. The food here is tasty stuff. On our most recent trip I noticed the ladies bathroom had been remodeled & inquired with the bartender, she told me that they both had been remodeled and during that time they had port-a-potties outside...ugh! There was one rude, crazy female customer who started threatening a female bartender on Saturday night by threatening to meet her outside. She was bat shit crazy. She was upset that she had to wait to order a drink, mind you there was more then just this female bartender working. Now it was a busy holiday weekend inside the Aquarius, you should expect some wait time but to get so mad to the point where you felt the need, as a grown women to threaten violence against a female bartender was just uncalled for. She made an ass out of herself and was too old to be behaving like that. I'd say she probably had already had enough to drink.....lol The female bartender handled the situation very professionally & didn't play into her threats. The bully got up & left but continued her threats as she walked off. The next night was NYE so the excitement was less threatening. My friend was sitting on my left & next to him was a chain smoker (an employee off the clock) & another smoker 3 seats down & their smoke kept blowing our way and it was sooo bad & stinky it got to me. I can usually handle some cigarette smoke but their's was soooooo bad & it was making me sick/nauseas. I wish there was better air circulation @ this bar. FYI: You're only allowed to have one alcohol drink in front of you at a time, so make sure to have your drink finished before getting a 2nd one and if you bring your own you have to finish that one before getting served.
