That being said, the grilled salmon salad was amazing. I wasn't able to finish the whole thing, however, because we ordered the cheese curds. They were super melting and lightly battered. Quite good, though my companion thought they were more like mozzarella than actual cheese skirts. I am not so sure, but either way it was good. Friends and family have ordered the Walleye (looked wonderful), the nachos (a little odd and not recommended), the chicken fajita salad (unexpectedly lovely), and the ribeye (a wonderful cut of meat, sadly very overcooked).
