Location remains on the north side of the road. The farm no longer sells its produce through farmers markets or a CSA. The stand is its sole sales outlet. Pick-your-own remains $1.00/lb. Prices for already picked produce are still reasonable but up slightly from before. Everything is still grown with heart and free of chemicals. Stand should open this year around July 1.

I think my two year old liked seeing cows for the first time, and she seemed surprised by the chickens. Perhaps more than anything she was happy to see the barn cat since she said goodbye to it. We went into the farmhouse and it was interesting to see. She wanted to go upstairs but I was afraid that she was going to wan the to carry her up or down, so I vetoed that for this trip. The playground was probably the biggest hit. It's a small playground with some slides and a sandbox and maybe some other equipment. She had a blast on the slide and I was happy there were no swings because I would have been stuck pushing her for 20 minutes. There's a parking lot across the street, and for this event there was overflow parking in the church lot next door. I will keep an eye on events happening at the farm to see if my kiddo would enjoy coming to something else here.

It was great and would definitely go again! Pricing is fair. They require a $7 minimum per person. It wasn't a problem for us because we chose (2) 4 quart buckets. As of June 2026, 1 qt was $7, 2 qt $14 and 4 qt was $20. I feel their pricing is fair esp given the price of berries recently. They provide the buckets that you keep. You can either take a trolley, train (extra charge) or walk. The field wasn't too far about 10-15 min. We opted to walk both ways. The strawberry fields were pretty big. I highly recommend coming early in the day because it gets busy and the earlier you come, the bigger the berries. They stagger their plantings so it stretches the season longer. They also have lettuce, radishes, cilantro, raspberries and sugar snap peas this weekend. Everything except sugar snap peas were a separate charge. All of their pricing is on their website and their Facebook page has their availability for the day. Strollers and wagons are welcome, but no dogs. The market is worth checking out. They had meats, pies, gifts, donuts, drinks and some produce. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade slushy. It was refreshing after a couple of hours in the sun. The strawberry donut was tasty, too. It was moist and tender and not terribly sweet. Will definitely be back next year for more strawberry picking. We may comeback for other pickings later this year.

We picked way more than were necessary but they were just that perfect - slightly sweet and crunchy! He was also really friendly and kind to those visiting, explaining the process of growing each vegetable and his successes/challenges over the last season, and was just really open to answering questions and having a conversation. Wednesdays from 4-8pm starting June 4 and running till August 27…read more The market is located next to the newly finished "Petal Porch" running a block long on Prospect St between Main & Elm St. The market has a wide variety of vendors: honey, jewelry, kettle corn, coffee beans, sweets, spreads, artisan goods, pet treats, soaps, candles, and more! The market has some brick and mortar stands as well as true small businesses. Some vendors will be rotated while others will be weekly staples. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about some of the vendor's products and where their business started! Roselle is the perfect addition to the "french market" cities and I cannot wait to visit again soon!
