It was so loud and chaotic and the PT had the door open so I asked for it to be shut so I could hear him. He asked me what my doctor had gone over with me on what to expect before the surgery. I told him. He reiterated those same things. I asked a few basic questions that he couldn't help me with, like as a female how do I go to the bathroom and what side should I get into and out of bed if it is my left hip being replaced. It lasted 35 minutes and they charges me $561. I left there and went next door to Hulst Jepsen. Got personal immediate attention, it was quiet, and they charged me half for the same appointment. DO NOT Recommend!!!

It really showed how great and helpful they are when patients had to check in with the very impersonal kiosk. So glad that is gone and we are back to having "live" help at the desk. He treats me kind and respectfully…read more He genuinely cares and has worked to find ways to help me improve several areas where I struggle with pain due to autoimmune arthritis. Just by taping my knees a certain way (which he showed me so I could do at home myself) greatly reduced knee pain I have experienced for many years. I had been to P.T. at other places two previous times for my knees and no one had ever taped them. In addition, with therapy during my appointments and prescribed exercises that I do at home, the pain in my back and hips decreased so much that I was able to cancel my appointment for injections at the pain clinic. This was after many attempts for relief, including aqua therapy and PT at other places, and two years of getting injections every few months! There is a good atmosphere at Great Lakes Physical Therapy with the entire staff. If you want someone who will really work with you to help problem solve areas where you have pain, I highly recommend Randy.

I have been SO HAPPY with the care I am receiving at i'move! I went to an orthopedic doctor for pretty severe knee pain from a running injury. Once they ruled out fractures or tears they recommended me to i'move for treatment. A few years ago my husband was also referred here after having ACL and meniscus surgery on his knee. He worked with Mike, and thought it was really helpful and went very well. For my treatment I've been working with Colin. He is so nice, and professional, and I really appreciate that he remembers the conversations we have. Not all care providers actually listen or take the time to remember what their patients/clients/customers talk about. On top of that, my knee is exponentially better! It's been hard work, and I have been putting the work in at home as well, but I'm still amazed at how much better my knee is. I really appreciate the plan being tailored to me. When I haven't had time to put in the work at home, or if I had a set back, we adjust the plan as needed. I haven't graduated yet, but have make great progress, and I would absolutely recommend them!

They are so knowledgeable in how the body works and moves. They are easy to talk to and include fun conversation, questions and trivia questions. Their explanations of how to do each exercise are helpful They provide printed copies of each exercise to do at home. I feel supported and feel they care about each individual they treat. Their facility and equipment are up to date and they sanitize after each person uses it. They schedule your sessions when they work best for you.
