I spoke with the owner, Lance Damon and his wife Alli. Even though the mower was over two years old, it had a three-year warranty. I had bought the mower from Lowe's, but they no longer carry Troy-Bilt, and there was not a Troy-Bilt Warranty Service Center in Little Rock. Even though, I bought the mower elsewhere, Lance agreed to check it out, and repair it under warranty, if it was covered by warranty. It took a little longer for them to get to it, because their service department was really backed up. When they made me aware that my mower was ready, I was very pleased that my total bill was $.0 (zero) - there was absolutely no charge - all covered under warranty. This is a family run business, operated by many different family members. I quickly realized that they are not clannish, but each of them is united in providing HONEST, friendly, customer service. They handle many brands and types of push mowers, riding mowers and zero turn mowers. I was surprised at their inventory. They also handle other lawn care equipment like trimmers and chainsaws. I was also very impressed with the off the road rugged go-carts and ATVs that they carry. They are really nice folks.
