Back in the spring, before the mowing season even started ​ I contacted Athena at RVT and asked her to have the guys go through my Kubota zero turn mower and give me an estimate of what is going to cost to repair or fix everything that, in my opinion, was wrong with it. They came out and picked up the mower and I gave her a list of what I thought needed to be done which was quite extensive. Not everything had to be done, but I wanted to back to like new condition. They thoroughly went through it and let me know the things that needed repaired, replaced and things that I can do myself to save me some money. ​ Once we agreed on everything and the cost, they quickly started working on it and had it back to me surpringly fast. The customer service Athena gave me was awesome. That bubbly, outgoing personality of hers actually made it fun dealing with them. I called today asking what the oil filter model was for this mower, and after huffing and puffing for 10 minutes he finally found it and just told me the price. When I asked for the number so that I wouldn't have to drive 45 minutes away to get it, he responded with "oh so you want me to tell you the number so you can buy it from someone else instead of me?" and hung up. Never had such a rude customer service experience, which is a shame because the salesman who sold me the mower was great. read more

Sales and parts do an excellent job but service is terrible. I can't count the times they've told me they would check on my equipment and call me back only to never call. They are masters of over promising and under performing. I love the product, despise the service. I'll buy green before I purposely subject myself to their service department. read more

Do not buy a 4 series zero turn. They sell it as a commercial mower after I bought and complained about it not mowing as well as my 1 series. Taylor said he really didn't consider it a commercial mower. Biggest waste of $7000.00. Have to mow everything thing trice. They offered to take it back in on trade for $4500 with 22 hours in it after I had been complaining since I bought it. They totally ripped me off!!! read more
