We were able to schedule an appointment on relatively short notice, which was huge for me. He was respectful, on time, and attentive to any additional spot cleaning needed after cleaning the ducts. He also was observant of items (computers, etc.) and made sure to cover & protect them before cleaning. That was a big deal to me and it really shows his attention to detail & professionalism. He also gave me his evaluation of how dirty the ductwork was and his opinion on needing to evaluate whether there may be an issue with leaky ducts, etc. Again, I appreciated that, I am not an expert in ductwork or HVAC, so I rely on the opinions on those in the field to make an informed decision. He also accepted credit card at time of payment, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, I would use Mr. Pittman again for ductwork cleaning & I would recommend his services to someone else if they needed it. I know that they use a minimum-water saving system that I have to say does not get the dirt out. Not only did the rug rain dirt on my floor when we got it back, it smelled--and it didn't even smell when it went in, it was just light use. I had to take it to someone else to clean out what seemed like extra dirt from other people's rugs. Possibly worse than that is the owner Frank's attitude, extremely rude, cursing, and obnoxious. To be treated like you're the enemy and in the way of someone you're paying is bad enough, but for a woman it's possibly worse because there was an element of aggression that made me want to escape him and never come back. To make matters worse, there was a woman who "fixes" rugs who came at me as I was leaving, aggressively bullying me to leave the rug with her and she would find me ("don't worry, I will find you" pointing her finger at me) when she was done. Honestly I felt assaulted by these people and I will never go back.
