Customer service was great, but the quality of the repairs did not meet expectations. After picking up my vehicle from an insurance claim, I noticed multiple issues with fitment and finish, along with an unexpected additional charge at pickup that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. As a result, I've had to go back through insurance to have the work re-evaluated and will be getting the repairs redone elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the quality of work delivered. If you care about your vehicle, or especially if you're a car enthusiast, I would strongly recommend staying clear of this shop and seeking out a more professional and detail-oriented repair facility. read more

I must say that the customer service is amazing. The repairs on the other hand were subpar. Definitely not happy with the repairs on my Mustang. They rigged it up to silence the issue temporarily. Now my front bumper rattles. I will be sad until I can afford to get it fixed myself. Amanda did not have an ounce of sympathy, nor could she hear a word I had to say. We carry full coverage insurance. Amanda also did not follow thru with anything she said she would do, including the quote(s.) If you are looking to get talked over, bullied into, and then no response when promised one, Riverbend Body is the shop for you! She started with the "disclaimer" and discredited the insurance company multiple times. Dismissed the fact that we were willing to pay the remainder cost out of pocket to repair this car. By the end of my visit she had multiple "stories" on replacing a car door. Including totaling my vehicle. Turns out, that wasn't necessary! I myself, decided to shop around. I'm so thankful I did! I would encourage any and ALL to do the same! Not only are we getting the vehicle fixed, but the chaos Amanda created by her overbearing and pushy behavior was not something we had to deal with! I had a terrible experience here. They were late in getting my car back to me, but were able to give me a loaner vehicle. The only catch is that the loaner was in worse shape than my own car. It made a clicking/tapping noise in the dashboard for at least a minute straight every time I opened the drivers side door or locked/unlocked the car. They had put black electrical tape over the warning lights on the dashboard for both the tire pressure sensors and the air bags but didn't bother with the check engine light. There was no sort of warning ahead of time about these things. Then, I'm assuming the mechanic saw that the car was brought in by a 20 year old girl and tried to up-sell everything. I brought it to get the passenger side control arm replaced and an alignment. They then tried to tell me that I needed to pay $880 for them to replace both sides and that I should also get my ball joints on both sides replaced. When I said no, that I only wanted the one thing I brought it in for done, they tried to tell me my tires were worn and they could take care of them for me. When I informed the man on the phone, Ian, that two of my tires are less than a year old, he said "oh yeah I should've been more clear. Only the back two look worn." The two tires on the back are the ones that are a year old and the two in front are 2 years old. I declined again and told them I'd like them to only fix the one thing I brought my car to them for. No integrity from this company at all. read more

I really, really wanted this to be a 5 star review! Riverbend was so pleasant to work with while my car was fixed after an accident. They fixed everything in 3 weeks and made my car look brand new. Unfortunately, we were never able to use one of their loaner cars because we were always "next on the list". The biggest issue I had with my experience was that, upon getting my car back, I noticed that my Bluetooth device that connected my phone to my radio along with my phone charger was missing. I called the shop and they said they'd "look into it", and I never received a call back. Even if it was taken by accident or they couldn't find it, I would've really appreciated it if they at least followed up with me or tried to make things right, as this was about $50 worth of electronics that had gone missing. Amazing service, I hope we never have to go them for an accident again but if we do we know will be in good hands! So often when it comes to car repairs you don't know what you are going to get, if you can trust the company or not but at Riverbend we were treated right. They provide great friendly service and responded to emails and messages very fast! Came in first for an estimate and we received a very fair offer to fix our vehicle. They didn't try to sell us on stuff we didn't need and were very open and honest. We dropped off our and they told us it would be roughly three days, we got it back same day! Customer service was great! Everyone was helpful and very professional. The Secretary gave courtesy calls reminding when to drop off and pick up my car. They also coordinated directly with the insurance company and the rental car company making my job really easy and worry free. The only con was the price, though it was being covered completely by the second party insurance, so I would fully recommend this place if you were in the same situation. read more

Just got my car back from having work done and I am so impressed with the job that Riverbend body shop did for me. The whole process was very smooth. I worked with Zach DeGroot to get the job quoted. I had a quote in about a day and scheduling was very easy. I explained that I would like to have my car worked on while I was vacationing and Riverbend was happy to work with my schedule. They even parked it outside for pickup on the weekend. When I arrived to pick up my car the body work looked fantastic. The bonus was when I got in.....the entire inside had been detailed. I felt like I had a new car inside and out. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. I was told I'd get a better deal for paying cash only to find out after shopping around I was lied to after having one service completed. Over by $200 or more on all quotes. Had an accident, took my car here based on the recommendation of Rivertown Honda. Insurance was covering the damage. They took my information, pictures, etc but never sent me a quote. A few days later I had a missed call from them, called back, went to voice mail, left a msg, and then nothing. They never sent the quote even though I verified my email when I left a msg and they never called back. I took my car to Keller Ford Body Shop instead and they have had excellent communication so far. read more
