I took my truck into Van Eck's for repairs due to a rear end collision. Jamison was very up front about the delays in the supply line and scheduled my repairs in a good timeline. Of course the work was top notch and I was EXTREMELY happy with the results. The reason that I am writing this review is the communication and customer service that I received from Van Eck's. I work and am not able to talk on the phone but they were willing to drop me a quick note via email to keep me up to date on the progress on my truck. When I needed a windshield replaced on my 2001 Toyota Camry, I also needed to fix the vehicle's body along the roof line. In other words, some fairly extensive repair. Van Eck gave me a free estimate in a matter of minutes that came in way below what I was thinking it would be. I didn't even bother getting other estimates. Great Shop! Needed to find a good auto body shop after I backed into my husbands Infiniti suv. :(. Infiniti listed Van Eck as a certified repair shop so I gave them a call. I spoke with Jamison, and he was great. Van Eck's is a family run business, which I love to support. The father started the business and now the two sons and daughter run it. Van Eck's quickly got the job done in 3 days. They even paid for the rental while the car was with them. The Infiniti looks like new. Another perk, they detail cleaned the interior as well as the outer wash. Very satisfied with our experience. They pretty much made a bad situation a painless experience. Very personable, polite and kept me informed on costs (we were paying,not insurance) the whole way through. Would definitely recommend them to friends & family. read more

My 16-year-old neighbor is the kind of person with the strength of character to come over to a strangers house, and admit to his new adult neighbor that he smashed her bumper with his car. He is a good kid. Still, he ripped my front bumper. Little did either of us know, it is the most expensive bumper Toyota makes. It also needs 3 coats of paint, rather than the typical 2.... That is what I get for choosing a car named after jewelry and winter storms. I mistakenly have been calling it 'kinda off-white', its actually "blizzard pearl". So, Van Eck fixed it, for $200 less than either of my other two estimates. It's a family run business (yay! local!), and they did a super job. My new front bumper matches the car body better than the back bumper... My only annoyance, was the rental car situation. I don't know if it was their mistake or Enterprise, but I waited nearly an hour for my "free pick-up", my card was charged twice for the deposit and insurance, and the "free" rental was unavailable, so I got an upgrade, and was then charged for it. I am guessing the bulk of the problems rest on the rental car company, but next time I'll just have a friend pick me up. Van Eck's customer service was great, their body work is excellent, the extended hours are wonderful. I can recommend them without reservation. read more

Van Eck was wonderful to work with and had great communication. I live out of state and my daughter's car got hit with a deer while she was in Michigan. Van Eck not only did an awesome job fixing my vehicle, but they also called me multiple times to inform me about what was going on with the car and their timeline for fixing it. Absolutely amazing customer service! I had work done here once and they were extremely helpful and very easy to work with. Between the insurance company and them, they handled everything. As a second time customer they were unable to salvage my vehicle after a accident, however, they treated me with the best care and while they weren't making a dime off of me they still helped me with changing out my rims/tires for my original factory ones... I will choose them Everytime from here on out and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a good, honest body shop. These guys are professional and empathetic...
