Jim gave me an estimate a few months ago for additional minor repairs along with a complete paint job. When it came time to do the work, Jim then increased the price dramatically. He then promised to raise the vehicle on a lift when it was in the shop to give me a more accurate estimate. That new estimate never happened as Jim said parts were not available. I checked online as soon as I returned home and found several sources for parts. I also asked for an alignment while my vehicle was in the shop. Jim told me that someone crawled underneath the car and said it did not need an alignment. That is not how you check alignment. Really, If the vehicle pulls to the left or right then it is alignment related. The vehicle was never raised on a hoist nor put on an alignment rack. I let Burton Heights Auto Body repair my vehicle and was not satisfied with the service, nor the deceit and unkept promises. I have referred many people to this establishment in the past making the company many thousands of dollars. That does not include the thousands that I have spent. Yet, when I had to go through the process all Jim cared about was the insurance check and not making the customer happy by meeting the requirements and promises that he made to me. Deceit is not good business... NO MORE REFFERALS!

I've had to call them every time the truck was supposed to have been done and wasn't for some reason or another. Last week it was early this week. Wednesday it was tomorrow. Thursday it was tomorrow by 3. Today I had to call at 2:00 to make sure it was done and was told I could pick it up anytime before 3:00 because they were closing early. When I asked why they never called so I could actually make it there by 3:00 she claimed she had just then been told it was done. I really don't believe her this time. Every time I have called she was just about to call me. She did make arrangements for me to pick up the car on Saturday, but it really is the least they could do at this point. They have had the vehicle for 22 days for a $3,000 repair. In the end they did good work. Worked out the details and met us on Saturday to pick up the truck. Will I go back? I don't know. I sure do wish they communicated better.

The guy who answered the phone, Rick, was super friendly and very polite. He told me I could have my car towed that day and they'd try to take a look at it, but it was a Friday so he wasn't sure if they'd get to it. Totally fine. He gave me the number of a tow company that they work with that picked up my car. I didn't hear anything by the end of the day Friday, so I figured they weren't able to get to it. On Monday I got a call from Rick who gave me the bad news... pretty expensive repair but I had already figured that out from Googling. He said he'd order the parts and hopefully get them yet that day. I didn't hear anything back by the end of the day, so I figured they weren't able to get to it. Ha! Then I got a call on Tuesday afternoon saying my car was ready. Luckily my boyfriend and I work together so I wasn't needing a car while it was being worked on. Rick was again super friendly and polite when I picked up my car and everything is running smoothly again. He even followed up with me a couple days later via text to see if everything was still going okay. The lack of communication I experienced the first couple of days might stress some people out, but I wasn't too worried. I will be going to Mason Street Garage for all maintenance from now on. It's really nice to support a local business that cares about their customers and provides friendly service during what can be stressful situations.

At first, I didn't think it was too bad, but then I failed the Uber inspection (and I couldn't work ) and then I noticed some other things wrong, like the headlights were off and out of line, and the air conditioning didn't work, something that I didn't realize was wrong because it was cold outside. So we got three quotes from different places, one of them was Bob's collision. The two others were cheaper, it's true, but Bob's was the most detailed. They thought of everything. They thought of lightbulbs, they thought about how far back the radiator got pushed, they thought about the air conditioner, and they thought about all the sensors. They didn't just think about how the front of the car would look. We chose Bob's collision because we knew they would do the best job, and they did. They worked with our insurance company, and there was absolutely no stress. When we got back the car, it was like it was brand new. We are so happy with how it turned out.
