Don't feel safe here because all the doors are left unlocked. Landscaping is a jungle. Toilet has been sitting in the smoking area for 6 days. There are holes in the shade. The bar isn't supposed to close until 10pm. However, on Thursday night I stopped at the bar around 9pm and the bartender advised she had already made last call and they would be closing soon. She did allow me and a couple other guys to have drinks at the bar and I was probably there until 10pm. One couple came in from shopping and asked for drinks and food before 10pm and the bartender told them the kitchen was closed and they could get a drink to take back to their room, but no food. I thought that was poor customer service. You advertise that the bar closes at 10pm, but it really isn't 10pm. It's whatever time the staff decides to close.

I got online with Hampton to see if rooms were available to book. At that time, several room options WERE available. One room was $100 less than the king suite I did not need. We called down for help, to ask for a new room and they told us they were busy and would call back in ten minutes...we waited 30 and nothing. We called back...by this time it was past 10:30 at night - we ask for a different room. They said they didn't have any available. We ask if we could check out and get a refund they said no. We told them all our issues and they said they could keep our cold things for us, but they couldn't replace the fridge or fix it for at least a day. They did come swap out the mattress for us. We had to ask for bedding for that bed they said it was by request only. They only have us one flat sheet, one pillow and one thin blanket for two kids.
