I wish I could give them more stars. These guys went way above & beyond making my Jeep look like it's brand new out of the dealership. You get what you pay for but for the price(s) they have for the service they provide from the cashier to the people cleaning the interior I recommend. I've always been extremely happy with the job they do in the past, but I brought my car in yesterday for a "Silver" pkge, inside and out. When I got home I had to clean it myself. Still actual dirt on the upholstery that I took off easily with a couple of swipes of an Armor All wipe. The back interior had not been touched, had to wipe that down and vacuum it out. Got in early this morning to drive and realized the interior of the windshield was one big streaky mess. I really can't believe this, I was there for over an hour and spent 36$. This place is not a car wash....It may resemble a car wash but it is far from one, I mean , a real one that washes your car that is ....The only thing that gets washed is your wallet. My car came out of the supposed car wash and still had soap on it. The wax was not working but we paid for it. My car had a film on it after they said they were done. Save your money as a quick rain would have yielded the same results. No use asking to speak to the manager as he is as broken as his car wash. Overpriced- $23 for a full service car wash without tire shine. Poor quality of wash- Bird droppings and dirt still on car and on windows after the wash. They were using a regular hose instead of power washing for the pre wash, used Little to no soap during the wash and a guy with a regular hose at the end to attempt to wash off the soap (see picture) Sub par customer service- I brought my concerns about the quality of the wash to the attention of the manager and he simply replied that the filter was broken and they were trouble shooting the issue. Cleanliness of facility- Both inside and out the car wash is old and grimy. The bathroom smelled horrible, chairs in the waiting room old and rickety. Garbage all over the outside. I will not return. I am still searching for a decent car wash on eastern Long Island. read more

Terrible. I'm 9 months pregnant and got a platinum wash and tipped them all very well explaining that i needed them not to touch the 3 car seats installed in my car because i wouldn't be able to fix them if they were moved. I'm too big. Well they moved every vehicle seat and messed up every car seat in the process leaving me stranded there with 2 little kids unable to safely use their seats. They also missed a ton of dirt that should have been wiped up in the front. For $60 plus tips i would expect my car to look clean and i was left wiping down my interior, taking it somewhere to be vacuumed and had to call my husband to leave work to come reinstall the car seats for me. What a nightmare. I would rather drive to the car wash on sunrise in west islip. read more

Not the best place to get your car done. Serious equipment neglect is evident. Vehicles come out of wash bay with a great deal of soap still on. Viewing the wash cycle you can clearly see most of the rinse jets are not functioning and has been this way for a while. They have an employee with a garden hose manually rinsing before exit blower. I will assume since this is one of the only washes around that it's just a cash cow at this point. Regardless, put some money into your business, I just don't understand how owner/management is oblivious to such operational issues. Staff is friendly but most help speak little to no English, an issue when trying to ask a question or point out a problem. No one wears any identification or business logo'd apparel, which would be useful, ensuring you know they actually work there and not someone off the street. I will say that asking the counter person/cashier to resolve my issue with excessive soap was resolved, but if I didn't bring to their attention it wouldn't have been addressed, so yes that's a concern when you are paying for the service. It's like taking a shower and not rinsing your head when you shampoo. If you have no other option or are in a pinch, this will have to do. read more

I wish I could add a photo here. I paid over $80 bucks for interior polish and exterior wash and machine polish. My windshield I can still see the marks from my windshield wipers and the passenger Windows front and rear are still filthy. The car was still dirty I wiped dirt with my fingers never mind there wasn't any wax on my car what so ever. I talked to the manager-owner?? He basically told me that's what I get for 80 bucks! The interior you can literally see the rag marks where every part was missed with the polish. Wow totally ripped off. I have a star only because I had too!! Giving two stars because the prices are reasonable for services. I've been several times for interior vacuum and auto wash. However last time they spilled a chemical on my seat and left towels in my car. I didn't realize the seat was wet until I was already driving, so I called the next morning to tell them and was told to drive it back in "to see what they can do". I live over half hour away.. drove there to not even receive an apology, had the manager? spray something on the seat and rub it really hard rather than vacuum the stain out. He placed a plastic cover over the seat and told me it would dry out. Well, it didnt! Now, my seat has an added brightened stain on it from the product they used to try and get the accident stain out! He also told me they offer shampooing for seats for $69 as I stood there and watched him try to remove the stain?! Like I'd pay you money for that? I was offered no apology or anything which was really amazing to me. I won't be back. My seat is now PERMANENTLY stained from them - twice!! read more

If your getting a 15.00 $ exterior wash, don't expect your rims to be cleaned at all... basically, water and soap was spayed on and dried..

I've been meaning to get my car detailed for weeks now. Before we left the house, my daughter and I cleaned all the trash & clutter out of the car & shook out the mats, so that they could really focus on making it nice. I drove 15 minutes out of my way because my friend recommended this place. I visited on a Tuesday in the early afternoon -- during normal operating hours, according to their website. Thier facebook page had a post about being closed for Thanksgiving, but this was a random Tuesday in February. It was beginning to rain (not typically a busy day for a car wash) but I didn't care, 'cause it was the inside of my car that I wanted cleaned . . . Alas, we pulled up and the doors were locked, the lights dim, no sign or notice to explain why they were not open, nothing to explain when they could be expected to resume operating their business. Maybe I was crazy? So I double-checked the website, and their Facebook page: nothing. I called, but the phone just rang and rang. It's ridiculous of me, but I was kind-of excited about having a clean car (I was ready to tip generously!) and now I'm pretty bummed. I hope nothing horrible happened to them, like a death in the family or something . . . but even so, it takes 60 seconds to magic marker a note for the door, or post on Facebook. read more

Had my car washed on Mon paid $36 plus $5 in tips for the worst car wash ever. The outside was passable but my windows were so dirty I had to stop and get window cleaner and paper towels and rehash the windows. 2 people must have wiped the windshield because there were visable difference from either side of the car. Average at best. Depends who you get to clean the cars. Some are better than others. I got the express detail for 65 included hand wax and inside cleaning. They did a great job on the outside for sure. But the inside was a totally different story. I had white stuff on the door panel. And it was still their afterwards. It wasn't caked on at all it needed a wet cloth. Also they didn't clean my hatch back mat well at all it was still filled of stuck in the carpet. Not stain just stuff stuck in the material. Also they never clean in between the seat there is still all shorts of stuff from straws to broken up chips. They didn't even try it did look. Overall wax and outside was great. Inside had a lot to be desired and for 65 dollars they could of did a better job read more

Whelp, here's a place I'll never go again. Thirty-five dollars!!! It took over an hour!!! Poor job on the vacuuming. Soap streaks from poor rinse-off. I feel completely ripped off and it's frustrating and the car looks only a bit better than it did when I rolled in. Never again. NEVER. Given that there aren't a ton of car washes close by, these guys are fine. However, they do the absolute bare minimum. If you really need a car wash (which I did), the price is fine and it's better than no wash, but I'll definitely try another place before I come back here. read more

Horrible car wash. I paid for a package 3 and they half way vacuumed and left dirt all over my car. Included two front Mats shampooed but they were still dirty meanwhile they are all weather mats and should of been easy to clean. Also, that package included dryer with compressed air but yet, I still have water marks all over my car. read more

If I could give less than one star I would, facilities are messy, it's a place to clean your car, you think the facilities would be clean. Staff has no uniformity, language was less than stellar with the staff. Work was horrendous, I ended up cleaning and drying my own car at the facility and it was expensive, $34....never again. I was not happy when I got my car home. There were pits in the paint that weren't there before and a big gash on my rear bumper. The car was not thoroughly vacuumed. Otherwise, they were very nice and the gold package price wasn't too bad. read more

I would give zero stars but I am prompted to give at least one. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Do not waste your money here. Paid 70$ to get the works done to my car. Got the car back and all they did was barley vacuum it and give it a quick wash. I had to go home and wipe down the leather upholstery myself. The only thing they wiped down on the inside was the dash board. My six year old would do a better job at cleaning my car. I will never go back to this dump! And lets not forget the horrible smell of sewage you have to breathe in while you wait for them to "clean" your car. DISGUSTING! Dont waste your time! read more

Be prepared to wait while drying service is being done. Not for you if in a rush, then get wash only service. Will try their detail service soon and report back. read more

Over priced. Missed a bunch of spots. "Too busy" for hand waxing with only 1 car in line for it. To top it off, nobody speaks English.

We stopped by after 4 days at the beach and I don't know if they didn't use any shampoo or if after washing the car, the cloth used to dry was dirty with wheel cleaner, but the metallic black car turned into a matte and greasy. What a waste of $25. Don't come in here. We left there and saw a car wash for $15 at a Toyota dealer, just 5 minutes down the road, and they fixed the problem. read more

I get it it's a car wash and there aren't many out here, but with that being said. When I pay $33 to get my car washed. I don't expect to sit in line for over 45 min. When you have been waiting that long nothing looks as good anymore. It seemed like they only had two girls drying but they keep pulling cars in. I would not come back here again. I go here all the time. usually get package 2 or 3. but the car is never done the same. it all depends on who you get. Last 2 times I got package 3 but the still dried my car with towels instead of sitting and did not shampoo my front mats. Both part if package 3 . so sometimes it's 5 star and other a 2. so I have no choice but to give it 4 stars. been here 2 times this week with different cars with different results.
