He was compassionate, friendly, helpful, etc. He is truly great at his profession. I asked for something neutral and got bright salmon. Obviously no one reads yelp when a loved one has passed but i hope this will help someone or they will improve their service.

Unfortunately, we had a family member pass away last year and began working with this place to have…read morea stone placed for our loved one. We were working with Scott, who has the worst communication skills and has no sense of accountability. We placed an initial deposit to have the plaque created and designed. It took weeks of email correspondence to receive any feedback and examples of what the plaque would look like. Once the plaque was finally in after about 3-4 months of having to initiate communication, we expected the plaque would be placed. Scott was asked if the plaque would be in the ground by Memorial Day weekend. He stated it would. Well, it wasn't. When we spoke to the cemetery, they told us the process takes one to two weeks and that Scott knew this. The individual we spoke to told us he was trying to put the blame on them, which was not right at all. In dealing with Scott, everything was always someone else's fault. During one conversation, he blamed a delay on the "front office." He must have taken us for fools because there are only two people who work in the office and he's the only one who seems to pick up the phone when you call. What "front office?" Really Scott? Since we don't live in Endicott, we had to do all communications with the office via phone. If you don't live in the area and you have the unfortunate circumstance of having a loved one pass away, I would not deal with Endicott Artistic Memorial at all. Go somewhere else. If you're local, you can at least go there in person and harass them to ensure things get done, but then again, who wants that headache? This place deserves ZERO stars.
