I've traveled through here on multiple occasions and it has improved exponentially over the years, in large part due to the staff. Recently, on a trip south I had to stop in to get some shut eye and had all my pets with me. Two cats and a dog. The heat was pretty intense so I arrived late and cracked the window for my cats while I slept. One cat, escaped the vehicle in the night and was missing for a month and a half. The hosts were incredible... I was able to post fliers, they kept in contact with me and my pet tracker, and eventually she reappeared and we were reunited. The hosts went above and beyond to help me during this time, and I am so grateful they were receptive to this situation. As for the campground, the only negative things I do have to say would be other campers. It can be loud at times, but that is no fault of the hosts and the site itself. The staff keeps it clean, and the grounds are beautiful. The wildlife here is amazing, the trails are well maintained, and anyone from boat enthusiasts to bird watchers would enjoy the scenery. I will definitely be camping here again. (Most likely next time I wont bring my cats. If I can help it)

Upon arrival, the camp host comes over and greets you personally with a smile and meets you with that same smile every time you cross paths. You are given the code to the restroom both when registering and from the camp host. Watching the camp hosts they both go far beyond their volunteer job position as camp hosts. They were doing landscaping work throughout the day. Seems like bathroom hand-soap is no longer part of the park fee, but they have a container of soap on the counter. As for the bugs, that's just nature at its finest! Feel like a where everyone knows your name kind of place because their friendliness seems to inspire some of the other campers to do the same. Being a solo camper, it was nice to not feel invisible! I would give them a vote to be named best volunteers of the state. They both obviously take pride in their volunteer work! Thank you!!!

It's sad to hold someone belongings from them especially when I already lost all of my belongings in the camp fire. I called Rio Vista and even though the RV is in tip top condition they would not take my money for a place to live. You would think they would have some compassion for someone who just lost everything in a wildfire, and to top it off i am disabled. Everything inside was satisfactory and I had a nice, quiet uninterrupted rest. The negatives: Do not stay here if you need to do anything over the internet. The WIFI is horribly slow to the point it's not even worth the effort to do anything over their WIFI. I had a lot of work to do and several ZOOM meetings and it was all impossible. I ended up having to rush to the Harvest Tea/Boba place in front of the motel and deal with two women who had 0 customer service skills, pay $8 for a strawberry Boba and do my Zoom meetings with their TV blasting in the background. Gee wonder why your Boba shop is completely empty. After my meetings I went to talk to the owner of Crystal Motel about why the internet was so slow. He told me everyone watches porn and the internet provider charged him $4000 so he had to throttle it back to the point it's unusable. So I can't do my job because people watch porn. Crazy. The reviews are accurate. It's fairly priced, the inside is decent, the bed was pretty comfy. I felt safe even though it's pretty ghetto outside. Just don't stay here if you need to use their WIFI for anything. Now on to the Harvest Tea/Boba shop review, which will be far worse than this one.

The Red Bluff Municipal Airport is owned by the City of Red Bluff and operated by the Fixed Base Operator, Cardan Aircraft Services. The call sign, is RBL and there's just one runway, or I guess two if you count the different approach directions. The have basic services here like fuel and food at a nice cafe on site. I met one of my bosses who flew in from LA here and he said it was no prob landing and the restaurant was super tasty. Parking isn't a prob like at some bigger airports. I don't think there's a rental car place here, so you might have to arrange that ahead of time. Easy fly in and fly out, that's the way to go. Easy access off the 5 freeway too.
