From the ceremony site, to the picturesque grapevines, to the dance area and finally the covered dinner reception area I could not stop taking pictures. The staff were extremely friendly and fun to talk to. They really cater this place well. I didn't post too many pictures since there's a lot of people in the pictures that may or may not want to have their faces on the Internet. If you decide to hold an event here, you should see it in person anyway. I spoke to the bride and groom after the wedding and they were also quite happy with the results too.

The room is large and we have a separate sitting area with a big couch, desk and two TV's. Bathroom is clean and sparkling and a curved shower curtain rod- so better than the straight ones. The bed is a large king too with comfy pillows. I love that there is a fridge and a microwave and we popped a quick bag of popcorn that I just happened to have with me. The keurig Is a nice touch and makes much better coffee than the old machines We pretty much went to bed as soon as we arrived as we had a very early coach picking us up, 6:05 AM to take us back to the train to get the rest of the way to Banff. They did have breakfast out when we were leaving so we had a quick tasty piece of banana bread along with our coffee. If we've been here longer, we would've stopped to enjoy the fitness center! They didn't have any minimums and their rental rate was very reasonable compared to other places I looked at. Everyone complimented the venue and we were really happy with our choice. They were also really easy to deal with and accommodating of any questions we had, they helped make everything run really smoothly. Also it's a historic venue which is really cool!
