On multiple occasions, they have either double-booked my appointment or written down the wrong date. Despite these mistakes being entirely on their end, I was asked to leave instead of them taking responsibility or trying to make the situation right. What has been most frustrating is the lack of organization and poor customer service. After more than two years of supporting this business, I expected to be treated with much more respect and consideration.
