Recently, I just bought a Grand Design Refection 260RD 5th wheel. Since I only have a week of time prior to picking up my 5th wheel unit at the dealer side, I have very short time to get my Nissan Titan XD SV equipped with towing hitch and air bag. M Amber and Melina were very helpful to assist me to get both towing hitch and air bag installed. This was my 1st fifth wheel, and I was not sure if the towing hitch they ordered for me was correct or not since my truck bed is a 6.5 foot bed. Based on my specification, etrailer web site gave me a different brand of the towing hitch. I was worry and confused, but Tom was so knowledgeable and assured me that the CURT brand they ordered for my truck will wpro great without any issue due to my 5th wheeler king pin was using the turning pointking pin. Amber and Melina spent lots of time to answer me any questions I have. Both Tom and Freddy gave me a very detail walk through regarding how to operate the truck towing hitch, how the wedge works on the fifth wheel, how the airbag works, and all the important tips I need to pay special attention to. OMG....so glad I made the effort to drive from Las Vegas to Riverside to have a Stealth hitch installed on my new Volvo V90. Volvo must have fallen asleep at the wheel when the Chinese did the updates on their wagons...because OEM, you might be able to get a 1.25" hitch installed at the dealer but not the standard 2" receiver. I need this for my Yakima hitch mount bike rack and to tow the jet ski. I spoke with Rory over the phone and assured me this would not be a problem to install. Stealth Hitch was severely backlogged for some parts due to Covid-19 but two months later, my hitch was delivered to Riverside Hitch and Tom and his team did an excellent job removing my bumper fascia and installing this robust but "hidden" hitch receiver. I would highly recommend their services! I will add photos later once I get the jetski hooked up. read more

A wheel on our boat trailer broke off on our way to the river (late afternoon on a Thursday). They stayed late so they could lock up our boat when it arrived via tow truck. I got an entire hitch setup on my 2018 Highlander XLE. I am completely new to towing anything but the people here made the process really easy. I told them I am going to tow a Uhaul 6x12 enclosed trailer and I needed the car to do just that, and they made it happen! Uhaul was cheaper for their setup, but I just didn't trust a Uhaul technician since this place, Riv. Hitch and Trailer, literally specializes in this.
