Turns out the brakes had not been adjusted properly by the axle manufacturer. When I picked up the trailer the brake operation was thoroughly explained and the cost was reasonable for this last minute work. I found everyone to be professional, friendly, and patient with all my questions. Bottom line: I was able to take my grandson on a fun trip and towed the trailer roughly 1,000 miles without any problems.

They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take.
