I've been trying to plan for a week-long work trip at the beginning of May, followed some time in Europe, and needed to secure boarding. Over three days, I submitted multiple intake forms (in case the first didn't go through), sent texts, and called. There was no follow-up, no acknowledgment. Nothing. The only response I received was a single text saying they weren't accepting new boarders until May 1 and to fill out a request form...which I had already done multiple times. If you're too busy to take on new clients, that's completely understandable. But ignoring repeated outreach and sending a generic, unhelpful response isn't. Communication matters, especially when people are trying to make plans with real deadlines. They may be great with dogs, but based on this experience, I wouldn't rely on them if you expect professionalism or responsiveness.

They were particular about the way his food was packaged, no big deal but tell me that when I make the appointment. Like send an email or something with "to do's". I've always put his food in a single gallon zip lock bag when I've dropped him off but this was the only time it was mentioned. No biggie but they could be on the same page or consistent with what they want. When I picked my pup up, it smelled badly in there and on the cameras, the dogs seemed to be unhinged. He came out extremely high energy, still well from the bath they gave, but very thirsty. When we got in the truck, I let him drink out of my water bottle and when we got home I filled his bowl 3x in 10 mins with water. Later that day he had the poops which lasted 3 whole days. Randomly runny poop throughout the day which he hasn't had since he was 6 months old. Not sure if they booked too many and were less attentive but again, this time was different. Still gave 4 stars because this is the first time out of all of my visits that this has been an issue but for $450 (this includes the $57 tip I left) things could've been better.

The day care is set up perfectly for the dogs. They have places to play inside and outside, dog beds, plenty of spots to sit by themselves too if they don't want to play that day (I have one who sometimes wants to sit on the couch by herself most of the day). The girls get groomed here on their regular days which is super convenient since it takes something off our list of things to do. Plus, I have one dog who is scared of the clippers, but she already trusts Ms. Deborah so she's doing better with grooming. We have done several boarding visits too. I love that the girls don't have to spend time in crates when we are away. Neither of my dogs does well in a crate. I know they are safe, well cared for, and being loved while we are away. I can't relax worrying about my dogs- so I really appreciate this. If you are looking for the newest, fanciest building in town for your dog to stay in. This isn't your place.
