Hands down the Best Pediatrics office in Riverside. I'm so glad that they offer services in other locations Perris & San Bernardino. I needed my son to be seen ASAP & unfortunately he normal location in Riverside wasn't able to take him but San Bernardino office did. It may have been a further drive but the urgency was necessary. They are excellent with children & the staff is always very caring & devoted to the time spent with you when your child is being seen. read more

Check in: Horrible AND RUDE. They act like your bothering them and not friendly whatsoever. Doctors: I've met all of them so far lol. Very pleased with the service we receive from them. They are up to par. Sick side/Well side: The signs are confusing. Well the plain white side the patients must check in there sick or well. Then your redirected to the other side if needed. But the other side can't check you in YET. SOOOOOO.... WHY EVEN OPEN THE OTHER SICK SIDE OR WHATEVER SIDE IF YOUR NOT FULLY FUNCTIONAL! Both sides should have enough staff including doctors and have the same capabilities to operate. So if my children are well and now they are being exposed to sick patients or vice versa. I'm looking for a new pediatric office. read more

I agree with all the negative reviews. The worst by far! I am trying to find a new pediatrician for my kids! The communication is terrible and information they provide with kids tests are incomplete and confusing . No way to speak to the doctor directly to ask queation!! When your kids health is at stake the least this practice can do is for the doctor to contact the parent directly instead of the staff who didn't know anything and just relying in the notes!!! read more

It was my son's first time at this office so I knew I should arrive at least 15 minutes before his scheduled visit to fill out paperwork. I arrived 15 minutes early and the front desk receptionist did not greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. It took her at least 3 minutes to ask me why I was there. I told her my son was there for his physical and that he was a new patient. She had me fill out the forms electronically on a tablet, and she took my ID and his insurance card. When I finished filling the forms, I still had to wait another 5-7 minutes as she was helping another patient. I turned in the forms and waited for 1 hour. The 1 hour passed by and she calls me to the front to tell me that Dr. Watson did not appear as my sons primary care physician and that I had to call my insurance. She handed me back my ID and his insurance card. I told her that his insurance card even says Dr. Watson is his primary care and that I was pretty sure he was his assigned primary care because I called my insurance months ago to make this change. She said she was going to double check, and check with her supervisor and asked me for his insurance card again to scan it. At this point, my 2 year old son and I have been waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Finally after 5 minutes she comes back and says that Dr. Watson is his registered primary care and to take a seat. After another 10-15 minutes they finally take us to the back to be seen. The nurse that was assigned to us had terrible bedside manners, and was not friendly at all. I asked her a couple of questions with this being our first visit to this office and she acted as if I were inconveniencing her. Her tone and attitude were terrible throughout our entire exchange. It still took another while for my son to be seen by a PA. When he was finally seen, the PA was pleasant and answered my questions. However, she did not do a thorough physical and was done within 5 minutes of seeing us. We finally left after being there for over 2 hours. Terrible service at this clinic and I am definitely switching my son to another pediatrician. read more

Seeing how it took a staff member 5 years to respond to a negative rating, i would say it is a proven fact these people do not make customer service their top priority, after my first review in correlation with the bad front office staff, and lets not forget that horrible doctor that had no professional or bedside manner whatsoever. I removed my kids from this place and started taking them to a doctor that takes the time to go over things with their patients, with a professional attitude. If your facility is so busy, then why waste people's time with appointments if they are left to sit in your gross waiting room for over and hour AFTER their scheduled time. Use your doctors wisely (those that can actually function with the public properly) have some see appointments and some see the cases that just walk in. My son who is a year old has been coming here since he was about 4 months old, due to not being able to get an appointment at my daughters doctor office when he needed his shots! Ever since we came here with him we fell in love with this office! We decided to change over our daughter to this office as well. Today she had her first physical at this office and she was so nervous and scared to try a different office. Let's just say she told me afterwards she didn't want to go home and that she just LOVED Dr Agas! Her words were "he's awesome, silly, and down to earth like my daddy! I love him!" This makes me so happy to hear as her mother because I know when it comes around for her next yearly physical, I won't have to fight with her going. She felt comfortable with him, and had a lot of FUN at her appointment! I'm very pleased with this office. The set up is also so fun and cute! I seriously LOVE my sons pediatric doctors, they are all so awesome and caring. They take the time to actually get to know baby and talk to you as a parent if you have a concern. Dr agas has been my boys pediatrician since my oldest was born (going on 10 years). We followed him to this office from the previous group he was with and haven't left. He has amazing bedside manner and truly cares about all of his patients. My oldest had abnormal bloodwork when he turned one and it was seriously one of the scariest experiences of my life. Dr agas personally called his dad and I to discuss what was found and what the next steps would be. When my youngest was born (now 3yo) he was able to get him diagnosed with GERD within a week of the day he was born.. I didn't even realize there was something wrong I just thought he liked being held. Dr agas literally took him and held him for 10 mins and looked at me and said I think he has GERD let's get him tested-and he was right. Dr Watson is equally as amazing and has wonderful bedside manner as well. All of my boys were circumsized by dr agas and the procedures all went well. There usually is a wait when you go in but I think it's because of the time they put into every patient. I don't know about you but to get such knowledgeable and caring doctors is way worth the extra 10-15 minute wait. The office is clean and decorated. I love that it distracts the kids so they don't feel like they are in a doctors office. If anyone tells me they are looking for a pediatrician without hesitation I say mission Pediactrics. We have been coming here for over 7 years now. Dr.Watson and his staff are caring, reliable, and energetic. They value my input as a parent and take our opinions into consideration when handling treatment. I like that fact that if it is after hours, and I have a major but non-life threatening concern - I can still reach one of the doctors on call. As far as wait times go... We live in a metropolis. We do not live in a small town, if anyone is expecting to be in and out of a great doctor's office in under an hour; that is unfortunate and probably unreasonable. We love this office and will continue to be loyal as long as they are doing their jobs the way they do now. read more

This was my first time taking my 2month old baby and let me say the experience I had was great! Definitely staying at this office for my child's future visits. The office was decorated super kid friendly! Also the office staff was nice , Juanita was really helpful and keep in mind I kept switching my appointment time she was not rude to me . My baby girl had her first appointment here today with Dr. Agas. It was a good appointment, very nice doctor and will be taking her back with him. BUT the reason I gave 3 stars is one, the receptionist I dealt with was not the most welcoming and two, the wait time is HORRIBLE. Let me start off by the phone call I made the day before her appointment to even make an appointment. I was on hold for ONE HOUR! When I called the receptionist asked if I was ok with being put on hold because there was 4 people before me and I said sure thinking it was going to be fast, but I was wrong. I was on hold for a whole hour. After being on hold I was able to make the appointment, but the receptionist I was talking to you can tell was trying to just get me off the phone. Next day, her appointment was at 10. Receptionist was not very welcoming, she looked like she just did care to help you. We get there and I had to fill out new patient paperwork, but on a tablet, which I thought was nice since it is faster. Finished it and gave it back. We did not get taken into a room until 11, the nurse took baby girl's vitals, then we waited for doctor, he came in about 15 mins later. Very nice guy, he answered any questions I had and made sure my baby girl didn't cry. Only thing was he was very quick. He was done in about 10-15 mins. Overall I think I will be taking my daughter back with Dr. Agas, and I hope their front desk team learns how to be nicer or at least put up a front and pretend to be nice. Also, I hope they can work on their wait times to make it shorter since their waiting area is not big enough to wait a very long time. read more

My son has been under DR Watson and his staff Care for Three Years Timely responses for question of care, referrals or paper forms needed for school etc. All forms esigned with office tablet provided. Options to choose were to fill prescription's. I have never experienced an cancelled appointment by any doctor here or doctor running late excuses. Never felt rushed during appointments. read more

OH DO I HAVE A STORY FOR ALL OF YOU!! Imagine going to your children's doctor and being turned away because they kid has a disability. That's what happened to my family! My little cousin is autistic and like most kids during this time of year went to visit a doctor because he was feeling sick. So my aunt went up to them and asked them to see a doctor. The front desk lady took one look at my little cousins and said no. THE FRONT DESK LADY REALLY SAID HE IS AUTISTIC AND YOU SHOULD TAKE HIM TO URGENT CARE. Okay so I never knew a pediatric doctor who allows his front desk to turn away patients because they didn't want to work with disabilities. Yeah but that's not the worst of it. My little cousin wanted to drink water and my aunt didn't have a bottle of water on her so all she asked was for a cup for water. Any decent human being would just be like "yes of course". But our FAVORITE front desk lady who obviously has something up her whatever, said no. Just a round of applause to the moron who hired a front desk lady like her. IF YOU DONT LIKE WORKING WITH KIDS, DONT WORK WITH KIDS!! Oh and trust me everyone, I am taking this further. Just realized this isn't the first time I had an issue with the facility. We are always early to our appointments, and are always waiting at least 30mins to hours passed our appointment times. This will be our last time coming here. As a longtime member of Kaiser Permanente, I was nervous about finding a pediatrician under our new insurance. I was convinced the care would never be as good or convenient. I was wrong! My first impression was that the facilities are a bit dated, but they are clean and have everything decorated really cute for kids. What really impressed me, however, is the ease and quickness of scheduling appointments and the caring nurses and doctors. As a first time mom with a 2 month old baby, I've naturally had a lot of concerns and questions about various things. The Doctors and nurses have been so kind, helpful and reassuring. Even when I had a concern late at night on a weekend, I received a call back from a doctor within 20 minutes. Although the waits can sometimes be long (I've had two long waits out of 4 visits) and the waiting rooms are not ideal (small and packed with nowhere to sit sometimes), I am very pleased with Mission Pediatrics and their quality of care. So happy to have found doctors I am comfortable with and trust for our baby. read more

BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! Made an appointment for 10am because my son is sick. Waited 30+ mins to be seen. A physician assistant finally came in & said my son needed a breathing treatment, ok. Then a medical assistant came in to give me son his treatment & here's where it went bad! The medical assistant 1st put the machine on the FLOOR, yes the nasty floor on the sick side of their office. Then she told me "ok just put the mask over his face" & walked out! WTF?!??? Idk what ghetto trade school they hired this chick from but isn't that her job? So after 10 mins of ME giving my son this treatment I went out into the hallway & said I was leaving because of the total lack of concern or professionalism. The medical assistant that had put the machine on the floor was standing in the hallway with 2 other medical assistants talking & laughing (nice right?!) when I told her I was leaving because of her disinterest in doing her job efficiently she just laughed!!!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE!!!!!!! I will now make the 1 hr & 15 min drive to CHOC 2 get professional care for my son & will be switching my sons dr ASAP & be reporting this incident to the medical board! read more

I had an appointment for my daughter to see Timothy Watson at the riverside location today and I couldn't be any more disgusted with this office. We arrived 10 minutes early and appointment time at 12:00 pm. Mind you both waiting rooms were flooded with other people that looks irritated. 1:00 pm ticks by and I overhear another patient being told by the front office girl that he was "rounding" at a local hospital! Seriously! His patients are sitting around waiting while he wasn't even in the office? Not to mention those waiting to see this doctor were there well before us. I have a newborn and I don't feel it's appropriate to even make a baby wait. While this doctor was even there. Extremely inconsiderate to the patients to not inform them or even offer to return at a decent time when the doctor is IN the office. What I have read on yelp reviews on this place are true. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE and as far the one star I would give this dump ZERO STARS though that's not an option don't waste your time or energy sitting around for a doctor that's not even there to see his patients !!! read more

This place is always hit or miss. If you go, try to get an appointment first thing on the morning. Otherwise your wait time after vitals will be horrible. Sometimes the staff are nice especially on the well side. Sometimes they're just tired and cranky. The doctors are also hit and miss. I like Dr Ed. He's very sweet with my baby. Though he is very brief and sometimes says things that freak me out which later resolve themselves. Last time I was there he said my child has a heart murmur and eczema. But this time they're magically better. He's sweet thought but a "worst case" kind of guy. Doctor Watson takes his time with you, but doesn't always remember you so be prepared to hear the same story a few times. But he's knowledgable. He assures fears I have and is always willing to listen. If you want to do an alternate vaccination schedule or delay any of them, be prepared for a spiel. It comes from a good place, but on this he may talk down to you. I've only seen dr mustafa once and she was very short and rushed. She told me my child was too pale and needed more iron. But she assumed this because my baby is mixed and came out looking like her Irish dad and not me, and I'm a light caramel color. I think she just assumed my baby was supposed to be brown. But I don't fault her any because a lot of people assume I'm a nanny or something. read more

I'm very sad to say that I will have to change to a new Dr because of the staff. I needed a form signed, just singed by the dr. It's an official form so I asked Diana (front desk) not to write on it that it was an official form. Told her to please use a post it, she rolled her eyes at me and went on to tell me that if a name was not provided then it would not be filled out. I once again told her that due to the form being official form, I asked her not to write on it unless it was being signed and filled out by the dr. She then told me to fill out the form completely and bring it back. He actions were very rude and unprofessional, and honestly if you're going to work front office please keep your eye rolling for after hours. After the eye rolling and trying to hear this lady through a small ass hole in a piece of glass I got to talk to another lady. She questioned me and asked why my son needed this form and what je was doing. Told her what it was for, even if it was none of her business. She told me that it would take 5-7 days. I know that that's a lie because all the other forms I've brought in are 3-5, she then chaned the time to 7-10 days. Seriously unprofessional people and I hope Dr Watson reads this. read more
