Dr. Else and Dr. Hervert provide outstanding medical care. They are very personable and truly care for all of their patients!

During shot mandation I contacted my physician's office, which in past had been very helpful . There were a lot of changes and like so many he ended up in private practice. But due to total uncooperativeness of the staff he was stuck with, out of desperation I called the Harvard office as my daughter was a patient there and had a Covid shot *scheduled*. I called, said who I was, that my daughter was a patient there and I'd like a shot too. The response--"of course we'll schedule you. Would you like to go at her time?" As it was off site. How often do you receive that kind of customer service.? Shortly after, I changed doctors. For a lot of us midtowners it's really convenient. And it's complete. You can have lab work done right there, right now. Under Dr. Steichen, whom I'd never met, I was partnered with Anna (Brie) Trujillo aprn. She has since left; I see her applauded in many reviews. And rightly so. If you care, I found her. She's now with Eastern Oklahoma ENT, Inc. and now strictly goes by "Brie". I have now met Dr. Steichen, he seems nice. In the ongoing Ascension shuffle, other doctors will be moving to this location. That's a positive to me.

Dr. Wiseman's office sent a prescription order for three prescriptions to my mail order…read morepharmacy--three prescriptions I did not request nor consent to be filled. The office manager Sharon told me on the phone it was an error on the part of their electronic system. I received the prescriptions but did not need nor want them. They were for medications I no longer use. The mail-order pharmacy told me their policy does not allow them to take prescriptions back once they are mailed. And they also said they still have to charge me because the prescriptions had been appropriately (from their standpoint) ordered for me from my doctor. After several months of trying to work with my doctor to indemnify me for the financial loss that his practice caused me, he finally produced a check for $250 (less than the full amount I was out) but concurrently terminated me as a patient. I assume that was a retaliatory move for insisting this was his responsibility...which of course it was. I tried to work this out with him, as I did not want to stop being his patient, but he would not respond. This is so wrong.

My first visit went well. I felt pleased with services. I wish I could say the same for my second interaction with him. I was in Colorado for the holidays when I began to have a horrific rash in my armpits. I called the Teladoc service to try to get quick relief. The physician ordered the wrong medication and never responded to requests to update the order from the pharmacist. The pharmacist attempted to help with selecting OTC items in the meantime. Now that I am back in town and my symptoms are worse I called the on call service to see if he could help me out with the issue. Upon receiving his call and advising him of my issue he responded, "You called the Teladoc, didn't get what you wanted, now you're calling me on a Saturday. What is it that you want me to do exactly." I stated, "I guess nothing." and hung up. He was irritated that I interrupted his day apparently. I will NEVER return to his practice again and will advise EVERYONE about the extraordinarily horrible service I experienced. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. DO NOT see this physician. You may find yourself in my shoes being made to feel like a burden because my ailment did not fall within his schedule. Unprofessional, terrible bed side manner, lacks compassion. If I could score less I would. Horrible experience.
