I got my alignment done here just to make sure my new tires last a long time. I talked to the guys here and i was inforned that the lead mechanic has over 10 years of experience working for Bear alignment which is another reputable place. This place performs manual alignments which is fine with me. They still use specialized tools to check your alignment (camber). They performed inspection and made adjustments with care. They are also very open and communicative. They are also very competitive to other alignment shops. It was worth a try and i didnt have to make an appointment to see them. Some places are so busy uou cannot just come in. I also think its worthnoting that they will respond to your quote inquiry quickly. So thats a big plus on their customer service. Had an Alignment at another local shop 6 months ago. Had to go back two weeks after because my wheels were coming LOOSE. Magnolia Wheel Alignment & Brakes that is their only job! Anyways after two times there, recently I noticed driving straight my wheel was cockeyed and felt the pull of the tires in different directions going over bumps so I knew i needed it again and refused to let those guys touch my car again. I misheard my appointment time with Riverside Pro Alignment and arrived a half hour late but they helped me anyways. I asked for them to see if anything was off since my Hyundai Genesis coupe had been creaking and squeaking for the last month and I was driving me insane. After they finished the alignment they told me they couldn't hear anything and I was shocked. What do you mean?! It's so loud! So I drove my car and thank you Jesus it is so silent and drives so amazing again! SO thankful and will be back and send everyone I know to them. Apparently everything was loose and a camber bolt, I think they called it, was only installed on the one side when it should be on both. It was so bad they thought the car had been in an accident. Came here to align my car, unfortunately I was not able to because of some suspension issues. Glad to report though that Robert was very helpful in explaining to me what needed to be done before the alignment. Did not charge me a penny for the inspection. I highly recommend them. read more

Awesome shop with dedicated staff. I needed someone who was familiar with aftermarket suspension parts in order to properly alignment my car. These guys definitely delivered. Had some difficulties getting the car on the rack but that didn't deter them from their objective. They made a makeshift ramp on the spot and we were able to lift the car up. Car rides amazing!! Brought my car in because it was making a weird noise coming from the suspension and would pull to the right. Robert the mechanic checked out my car and informed me that my suspension needed work done. He told me that my tie rods and lower control arms needed to be replaced. I was a bit scared to hear the price. However, the price they gave me was great! They gave me a one year warranty on parts and 6 months on the alignment. These guys took care of my 2001 Tundra. I had put a 2" leveling kit on and wanted to make sure everything got aligned. The did a great job and I even had them do the rear brakes and replace the steering rack bushings while they were at it. I added 2" lift spacers to my 2017 4Runner TRDP and needed an alignment. It's Saturday and I do not feel like spending the entire day a big name wheel and tire shop for mediocre service. So I found this family owned shop on Yelp and decided to try it out. Spoke to Robert's son and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour. When I arrived, they were super friendly and welcoming. I talked to his son and daughter throughout my wait there and they are genuinely good people. Their card machine was down unexpectedly and they notified customers on the phone to bring cash. When a customer didn't have enough cash, they pointed him to the nearest ATM and told him they will deduct the ATM service charge. The shop is new but Robert has been doing car work for over 10 years. It looks like they do everything and his specialty are alignments, so I felt like my truck was in good hands. The service did not take more than an hr and afterwards, he told me that (even though this shouldn't happen but) if i drive it around and feel like something is off, please take it back so they can fix it FOC. They don't try to push additional services like other shops so I feel like I can trust them. Riverside Pro Alignment and Brakes has competitive prices. I actually thought it would have been more expensive. Will definitely return here. One of the best things is that they open on Sundays when everyone else closes! read more
