Instead of treating her with patience and respect, the cashiers were rude to her and even laughed at her. It seemed like she may have been dealing with memory issues or dementia, which made their behavior even more upsetting. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and dignity, especially elderly customers who may need extra assistance. Watching staff laugh at someone who was clearly struggling left a very negative impression of this location.

I was half-way through day 5 of a 6-day drive from DC to Seattle when my A/C stopped working and a…read morefunny noise came from my engine. Worried I'd be stuck with a broken car along I-90, I stopped at the first auto shop I could find, which happened to be John's Laurel Service Center in Laurel, MT. They were very welcoming when I dropped in and asked if they could take a look at my car right away. They inspected everything very carefully and even called a Mazda dealer to double check the normal voltage for Mazda alternators before telling me that it was just my compressor that was broken, and it would be okay to continue driving I just wouldn't have working A/C. They didn't even charge me for their time! My car continued to work just fine other than the A/C, like they said it would, and I definitely recommend anyone with car trouble to stop by John's.
