The shower didn't work, and the bath backed up into the floor drain, causing a giant puddle in the bathroom. Staff is approachable but not friendly. Laundry room was sufficient and convenient, and the room was clean and tidy.

The laundry and shower facilities are top notch, they are open 24/7 with a pass code. There is WiFi in the Park and a convenient way to pay your rent on time. Also they have security cameras to ensure the safety of your items. However there was a little downside to staying here, the entrance to the park is narrow and there is only one lane. This made exiting and entering problematic at times when there was a change in the day crew, night crew hours. Also the Park borders up to the woods and a canal so have your bug spray on the ready at all times. All in all you won't find a better park in Luling if you need to plan an extended stay. Trust me the convince of the location to the 310 and 90 can't be beat.

We stayed in the newest side of the RV park in February. Very nice cement pads with grass between…read moresites. A little far from coast but we discovered several restaurants along the way that were wonderful. One tiny problem we had was when we first pulled in to park. We were told to take the first "right" to drive to our site. The first right turned out to be the pull out lane for the first row of RV's, not an actual street. We couldn't back the trailer that far so had to unhook our trailer there, unload car, pull trailer through an empty RV space with the car, then back the RV up. This was mostly our fault, but you might post that road as "not a thru street" or something. I think we gave the RV travelers sitting outside visiting quite a show and a laugh!

First he put us in a tiny spot, but it…read morewas a 50 amp then because our camper could run on a 50 or 30 amp he told us to move to a 30 amp cuz he had someone coming to take the 50 amp, so we decided since we didn't like it there anyway we would move our camper to rv place across the street, we paid him what we owed him and said we'd come back for the few things we couldn't fit at that moment one of which was really nice fire pit that my boyfriend made himself, well when we went back to pick it up he had squashed our firepit with his tractor on purpose! He is a jerk, no one should stay there!
