WAY over priced and the rudest people I've ever came across at a vape store. Seems like they don't even eat to make a sale. I ended up walking out because the girl that works there was extremely rude! I would spend my money else whereof you're thinking about purchasing any type of vape products from them. The staff is horrible and you can get all their stuff cheaper if you drive away from this place! Don't let them fool you into thinking they have the "best prices in the area". It's a flat out lie, and with the attitude you can go someplace else and spend your money! read more

Bought hot cinnamon vape liquid which was mislabeled from the mfr and it was just basic tobacco. When I brought this to the guy working there wanting to get the actually product so he opened up a new bottle of hot cinnamon and it too was mislabeled to get opened up 2 more bottles which were the correct product. So he wouldn't take the mislabeled product back " because it had been opened " even though he had just opened up a new bottle of hot cinnamon which was mislabeled and again was just the basic tobacco. I mistakenly thought he would credit me for the mislabeled product I bought from them as he kept the bottle I brought in but I was wrong and he charged me for 2 new bottle of the hot cinnamon and was going to keep the one I brought in so I told him I wanted the bottle I brought in back. I voiced my frustration with this again and he said he would take it back if it wasn't opened yet how are you to know it is mislabeled unless you open it and he went on to tell me that they "have a great business and have been in business for several years and do great business". I believe in Supporting local businesses however I think I'll save the $7 per bottle and buy direct from the manufacturer if this is how they operate. read more

I really do like this shop - the employees are all very nice except for this one guy who every time I come in he is a di** to me. Which is very unfortunate because everyone else is always so nice and they explain everything when I ask questions. This one guy always makes me feel uncomfortable when I walk in so I send my husband instead. The one thing I suggest is allowing us to try the flavors before buying them like EVERY other vape shop ! Instead of just smelling them cuz smell is different than taste!! read more

These guys go above and beyond to help out their customers. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and they listen to your needs. I came in with a broken vape and after realizing it wasn't able to be repaired, they gifted me a new one! I've been to other shops in the area and none of them seemed to really know much about their products but were eager to sell you something you didn't need and send you on your way, not these guys! Every time I've come into this shop, it's been such a good experience. My little brother has been coming here for a long time and introduced to this place after I moved back into town from Seattle. Love Love Love Vapor St8! The staff has always been so helpful! I have purchased all of my oil and pens at this store. I even had a battery charger fail and they had no issues with replacing it. They stand true to the customers and make you feel like part of the family! I love how they help you find your style of pen and what oil you will enjoy. I have been smoke free now for 2 full months. I come here for all of my build supplies and juice, but after the last 2 experiences of listening to the employees on the juice blends, I'll be sticking with what I know from now on. I've now twice been sold 50% pg 50%vg juices and told they were pure vg lines. I for very specific reasons dislike and stay away from PG, and it feels very disrespectful to be lied to straight to my face. It's unfortunate that Vapor St8 has no local compitition, because I'd go else where if they did. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the prices are actually very fair. read more

They have plenty of stuff, and no one has ever been rude. They are not especially cheap in my experience. They do have a good selection. My problem is simply the number of people who work there, and some of the people's demeanor. I've never had a rude person help me, but I have had terse people help me who haven't been very friendly. Some of them choose not to, or can't explain things without jargon or simply now the terms without understanding them. If you catch the right people, they're awesome. If you catch some other people they're just okay. read more

Sister went to buy a new atomizer they sold her the wrong the one so she went back for a second time... they fixed the first problem then didn't teach her a single thing about her new atomizer she got home and asked me to start to rebuild for her I noticed there were no screws so I personally call the shop ask them why there's no screws or what to do they told me to drive back into the shop for a THIRD time... once we get there they explained to us as it is just a simple matter of putting in a piece and screwing it in (hidden screws) when I told them my exact problem on the phone they didn't even know how to tell me over the phone what to do when I easily would have understood those instructions without wasting more of my time and money to get their shop. I felt like they tried to make it our fault didn't apologize and I didn't feel they had knowledge and experience with the products they sell. Bad bad experience read more
