I expected the tow driver to be impatient, but he was the complete opposite! The driver from N & J's showed nothing but patience, kindness, and professionalism. He went above and beyond--waiting while we figured out how we were going to get home, then generously dropping us off where we could rent a vehicle. Before pulling away, he even double-checked that we were secure with a rental, saying he didn't want to leave us stranded. Only then did he transport my car the remaining 116 miles to the dealership. It's rare these days to find a company that treats people with such genuine care and understanding. After a quick call to Allen's (a shop used by my aunt for years when she lived here) they invited me to come right in (no wait) and said they could take it off (which is what I wanted) for a minor charge. They ended up not charging me anything, which was much appreciated. Both receptionist and mechanic were very helpful. There was a reason my aunt swore by their service for 25+ years!
