I finally brought in my own cleaning supplies and scrubbed the bathroom after complaining to no avail. They are now keeping it cleaner. I don't smell the urine and the floors and clean. That's a plus. The nurses aids do the best they can. They are kind and care for the people in the unit.

She loved the food which oftentimes was homemade. She did not do a lot of the activities but they have a ton to do and have a happy hour on friday's with music. The head of nursing and the staff work hard to care for all the patients and consistently monitored my mom. I was impressed with them and they kept in good communication with me about my Mom's medical status. The therapy group is the best. My mom always looked forward to the team in therapy. She had therapy most days and I know that kept her moving forward. They give homework for her to do on her own as well and helped her organize her room so it was functional given her abilities. My mom had good years at Greenleaf and I felt she was somewhere safe and reliable. I would highly recommend the facility for skill nursing.

Mother suffers from memory issues and needs a person with a special kindness which Martha has.She loves mom and goes out of her way to do the extra things,I dont think the house has looked better or that mom has been any happier,they are always busy doing something constructive and Martha dosent waste the day ,we are very thankful for her and hope she is with us for a long while.
