My sister and I both had Silhouette for our massages and we were both blown away at how well she listened to our needs and tailored her massage to our individual desires. However, I'm giving this 3 stars because I'm not sure if it is their water source (some well water can have minerals) or the products they used, but after the scalp massage and hair wash, my color treated hair (I have very light blond highlights along with lowlights) turned orange in some places (where the lightest highlights were). I thought it looked orange-ish while I was there, but the lighting is so dim I couldn't really tell so I didn't say anything. When I got home in better lighting, I could definitely see it. I thought maybe washing it would help, but it didn't. I'm mortified. I can't get in to my hair dresser for 3 weeks to try to fix this so I have to walk around with these orange streaks in my hair. If you are going for the foot treatment you will love it, or if you're doing the head spa treatment and have natural hair color or maybe just dark hair, you probably won't have any issues, but I wish I had known ahead of time that there was a risk of discoloration of my highlights.

On the other hand the owner will assure you that she will do something to get you to spend money then go back on her word. This happened to my fiance and I over bloodwork. She assured us that she would call us with the results because we both live out of town but when the results came in she refused to explain them to us unless we made another appointment. He paid 140$ and I paid 150$ to get our bloodwork done and find out the results just to be told we would each have to pay another 140$ to have the results explained to us. I would give some staff members a five star rating but the fact that the owner will not follow through on her own promises drags down the review.
