Things as simple as a call or email to provide an update on progress. I called several times and left messages with the front office staff and on answering machines. I even went up to their office once because no one was returning my calls. Even then the person assigned to my file was not available to see me nor did she return my calls. The third time, after my wife and I had to go sign papers at their office the second time; I saw they had overcharged me for an appraisal I had not gotten. They still owe me money because the closing costs were miscalculated. They actually almost forgot to find the payoff of the old loan. I had to call them on the last day to remind them. Worse. The owner called me promising to "make things right." Two weeks later: nothing. Use another company.
