Bathrooms around the pool have been locked down because people from the outside come and vandalize, camp out, tear up, so what should be available to residents- locked out. Free roaming from kids and adults from the mall from anywhere who don't occupy the place. Doors, outside gates...always open and access to things and property. 4. Revolving door of management, so no follow through. Simone, the assist manager, leaves early, but no one is manning the front office. No safety. 5. Phones are not ever answered 6. Emails are not returned in a timely manner. 7. If you have a low standard of living, this is your place. 8. So embarrassing to see people on their balconies smoking weed, grilling... 9. Residences know there is no follow through- Simone sits in the back office on a computer, and will straight up lie to your face.

Daisy, the assistant manager actually canceled a service request for an electrical issue I had. Which could have led to extreme danger. she does NOT like her job. This staff is just really concerning. Overall, I lived here for a year and I had to get out. Literally every month I got an eviction notice regarding late payment (1day). That's fine, but call the insurance company. Upon move out I cleaned the apartment and did 2 walk through's with Bruno (very helpful) and the other gentleman. Then 1 guy alone. They both stated everything was wonderful even stated the oven was clean. Then I get a final statement from Dashawna showing I have a $115.00 credit, two weeks later I get a statement showing I owe. I tried to contact office for 2 weeks before I spoke to Jake who is the epitome of rudeness, he should be the poster child for RUDE!! I informed them to contact insurance company for payment. Meanwhile, my insurance company mailed me a check, they wouldn't accept it, so I wrote a personal check and presented it to Michelle (I have my receipt). 3 weeks later I'm contacted by a collection company REALLY!!! Now Crystal is telling me it wasn't certified funds WTHECK NO ONE CONTACTED ME TO SAY NO PERSONAL CHECK, CERTIFIED FUNDS!!! Why certified funds? First, I believe that the courtesy officer is now onsite, who responds IMMEDIATELY to calls for assistance. He is polite, professional and quick to address your concern. There is also an HC Deputy and parks the vehicle up front for all to see, which we all appreciate for the added feeling of security. I think he is the courtesy officer. Second, the noise above me is still there on occasion but NOT during quiet hours. Also, after i called the CO, who talked to the occupant about it, the issue alleviated. One another occasion, the people below me had a party and the music made my apartment floors vibrate! I called the CO and he had a chat with them and no more issues at all! Management is extremely proactive in their communication and addressing issues such as parking, trash or noise complaints via email and text message. They are taking our quality of life here seriously, that's my impression. The one thing that I have noticed is that the trees on the property aren't being trimmed as before. The landscaper told me that he was told by his boss not to trim them anymore, not sure why that is. But the rest of the property landscape is clean, it could be a little prettier, but I am grateful that its clean. I hate trash and bad odors! Pest control is quick and easy. I have never seen a roach just gnats. But I control that on my own. We also have to take ownership of our own spaces and care for it. Parking is great. Plenty of spaces for me and guests. You don't have to worry about towing as long as you don't park in red-zones, block a garage or designated covered resident parking. All in all, I tell everyone I love living here.

She made a casual comment that it was fine, but she emphasized that they couldn't discuss my application with anyone except me. As if I had asked or wasn't aware of this. It was quite obvious, but I suppose. My sister visited the complex, and in my opinion, they weren't very friendly. I was on FaceTime with her when she arrived, exuding a cheerful disposition and explaining her purpose. The lady recognized her because I had recently emailed. My sister attempted to engage in pleasantries, but they fell flat. However, I understand that it might have been due to Mercury retrograde. They provided her with a map and instructed her on the location of the available unit. That was the extent of their interaction. They didn't mention any of the amenities or other details. My sister drove around the complex and showed me the unit. I liked it. My sister remarked, "I suppose that's it. They didn't really say anything." Despite feeling a bit uneasy, I decided to proceed with the application. I was approved, and I chose a move-in date of May 31st. I paid the reservation fee. Almost two weeks passed, and I hadn't received any updates, but I wanted to move in sooner, so I set a move-in date of May 3rd, as there was a first-floor unit available. I sent an email requesting a quote, but I didn't receive any response. I sent a follow up email a few days later, no response. I waited a few days before calling them, as it was clear that no one was following up with urgency. I spoke to someone who informed me that they could not accept my payment documents because the name on the documents did not match my name. I use an alias at work due to the remote/virtual nature of my job, and my initials actually match my name. The girl on the phone told me that they would need my bank statements or to verify my employment over the phone. I agreed to having them contact my job, as I had no issues with that. However, as the conversation progressed, she informed me that they needed both my bank statements and to contact my job. This was a clear case of mixed messages, and I couldn't help but wonder if they were just trying to make things difficult under the impression that I was providing fake documents. Despite this, I decided to let it slide and remain interested in the place and would send everything in. She kept repeating that she could not switch my unit until my information was fully verified. I understood her point, but I also felt that she needed to know my plan especially since you have to reserve the unit you wanted and I had already paid. I requested that they send me an email outlining what they needed, as no one had reached out to me. It took me contacting them for them to even acknowledge that there was a problem. After several hours, I finally received an email. Within the same hour, I sent back the requested information, along with additional details. This was two weeks ago, and I have yet to hear anything back. It is evident that these people do not want me to stay at their property, and it is even more evident that I do not desire to live in a place that lacks follow-up and treats people as if they are committing fraud. Of course, the reservation fee is non-refundable. Which is very convenient for them. If you choose to move here, good luck, but I will never apply here or recommend them to anyone. - And to be clear, income isn't close to an issue and my CAREER is with a well known company! However, I don't know if I'm approved or denied. Which is asinine for a place of business. But I'm happy to have experienced this prior to moving in.
