Gynecologists are friendly & make you feel comfortable. Some of the front office staff could be a little more friendly though.

Save yourself the time and energy and find a different obgyn. I had my Nexplanon inserted here three years ago and last month they refused to take it out without an intial appointment to be seen as a "new patient", because I don't frequent... even though they put it in. Whatever that was fine. I scheduled the appointment and there they told me they ordered a replacement nexplanon and I even signed the order form. A month goes by (now i am in desperate need of a replacement), So I call them and they said they misplaced my order form and do not have a replacement for me after a month of waiting. Dr. Moschler is extremely unprofessional. During my exam he talked shit about his staff of women the whole time. He even talked shit about the doctor who put in my nexplanon. He was extremely rude and unpleasant... especially for someone who was all up in my business. After my exam he left me in the room for almost an hour as I waited for him to come back. I eventually just came out of the room and he was like oh yeah you can leave now. Horrible experience overall, especially because I'm trapped into getting my nexplanon replaced here because I don't have time to go through the whole process with a new OBGYB. read more

I would not even give it one star.I have been a patient since 1999 and birthed 3 children with the help of these doctors. Recently Riverview physicians for women in colonial heights has gone so down hill.I am on infusions that lower my immune system and need treatment for infections immediately. I was denied treatment by some nurse on the phone for a infection that should be treated by my gyno.Im sure she never even asked him his opinion about the treatment and made the decision herself. I know that my doctor wouldn't treat me this way. I like the doctor but the so called nurses are terrible excuse for human beings.I have never been treated so poorly in over the 23 years I have been a patient here. Highly Disappointed! read more

Very very very unprofessional. Rescheduled me every single time I arrived to my appointment EARLY. I had another appointment today and the doctor arrived almost 30-40 minutes late and was extremely rude to me. His tone was very condescending and I hate that I have to come here because my insurance sent me to this location. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I was gonna go to this place their appointment was later than what I wanted so I found another obgyn and I didn't cancel this appointment and guess what they sent me a bill for 40 dollars and my insurance is Medicaid and im a single mom of one and one on the way and live off of ssi every month and I told the lady I have Medicaid and she was like we are not sending it to them that it was on me so my opinion on this place don't go here these people are rude and sending bills for no reason they don't answer the phones either. nobody told me if I didn't cancel that I would owe 40 dollars for a no show really........... read more
