Horrible experience. I went with my mom who has memory issues. Told this to several people that I…read moreneeded to be in the appointment with her because she has problems understanding things. I was told that she was in a room and needed to be changed because the table was too high and they would come back for me. They never did. I asked where she was and no one would tell me. After a while of me trying to be known I needed to be in the room with her, someone came and said that my mom did not want me there. Of course, for a pelvic exam no, I would not want to be there myself, but for the conversation on plan of care I NEEDED to be present. Turns out they did not provide us with a HIPPA or a Consent form as I found out from the front staff and when I asked to speak with the doctor, they told me NO. The appointment was over. I also had an appointment myself and it was OK. I liked the doctor but yes, it was rushed and I asked her assistant to get an answer on a medication, and she never came back with an answer either. So many issues and I will never return. Front office staff was nice, the person who took vitals was ok, but would not get involved and had me wait until the appointment was over. The request for the doctor, never happened and knowing they screwed up with not giving consent and HIPPA forms. One even told me that they give them to people if they ask for it. NO, you give that to everyone in every visit. They did not correct the issue and give me those forms to sign later either. Customer/patient service, gets one star too, and not zero because only for the front desk person who actually try to help and was nice. I am so sorry to write this. I was really looking forward to this new visit. Very disappointing.

Disrespectful and condescending people in the front and business office. Unbelievable.read more

I went here in severe pain. I really don't think anyone cared. The checkin was long and tedious,…read morethe lady taking me back never cracked a smile just seemed bored. After tests were inconclusive was told to see my primary dr. With no conversation with Bethanie the nurse practitioner I saw. Had to call a week later for the results myself. Won't ever go back as I don't want to inconvenience these people further.

************THIS COMPANY DOESN'T GIVE RAT'S ASS ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS*********…read moreI had a wonderful doctor who practiced in their other office in Richmond. I am due in three days and I just received a call from these people informing me that the Richmond office has been closed as of Friday and now I've been transferred to another doctor. I just saw my doctor on Thursday and scheduled an induction on Tuesday. Now I'm forced to meet with a new doctor because "it was a corporate decision" and they are telling me that they are not able to accommodate me on the scheduled induction. Everything is up in the air and I've been passed around like a basket of bread no one wants. THREE DAYS to the scheduled induction?? They also had the nerve to say that because it's an elective procedure they have to see if they can proceed as originally planned! I did not ask for an induction. I was told that the doctor is going to induce me because she doesn't want me to go too much past the due date. They try to push me another doctor who's a male and even told me that there's another doctor who practices in the same hospital but she's not in their practice...basically toss me out so that I have to go through my insurance to see who can take me and then to see if I can still be induced as originally scheduled. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? This blows big time and for them to say that it was a corporate decision and make it my problem to find a doctor who can take care of my scheduled procedure THEEE DAYS BEFORE DUE DATE is completely, absolutely irresponsible!!! So at this point, why should I go and meet this doctor who may or may not be able to "accommodate" my scheduled MEDICAL procedure if our baby will be delivered by a stranger anyway? I feel like trash no one wants to take care of so what's the difference if I just waited till the labor begins naturally and then I go into the emergency room? NOTHING! The "corporate" could have at least honor the currently scheduled delivery gets completed seamlessly instead of chopping everyone involved on their cutoff date. I WOULD NEVER, EVER CHOOSE SUCH PRACTICE THAT PUTS CORPORATE BUDGET FIRST BEFORE THEIR PATIENTS IF I HAVE KNOWN. MOTHERS, BE AWARE!
