Found Riverwalk thru Yelping "desserts". We were in the area for some shopping and in search of a coffee/dessert place. The parking lot was full so we parked across the street. Upon entering, we noticed people in line for the band. When greeted at the hosted station, we were given the option of sitting in the front area where there are tables and chairs where you could hear but not see the band or pay a cover and sit "inside" which was on the other side of the hostess station. Knowing we couldn't stay long, we opted for the seating at the front of the cafe. A waitress came over within minutes with menus. We decided on a latte with almond milk, a cafe au lait with almond milk, pecan bar and a heated apple strudel. The strudel took a bit to heat (maybe 10-15 minutes) but was worth the wait. The pecan bar was cold but very good, not too sweet. The drinks were both a bit strong for our taste and I though mine needed a little sweetener. The band was loud enough to be heard in the cafe, the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing, a nice place to bring a book or to sit and chat. Our tab without tip was $17. read more

Their new addition adds so much more seating, plus a cool bar area - much easier to get in and out than the last time I came, before the addition opened. Coffee, snacks, food, beer and live music. Sounds great and, for the most part, it is. They used to have a fantastic jazz music series which always seemed to be well attended but was cancelled. The coffee is fine and they have a big grinder on display but that fresh coffee smell is, disappointingly, absent. The food is ok but a little disappointing. So I will write two reviews as I loved the breakfast I had here a few weeks back, but felt so just eh on the service. Tonight I stopped in for dinner and the menu looks small but delicious. So lets talk about tonight, first one of the items I order is not ready at 7 and it will take 30 minutes to prepare doesn't say that on the menu anywhere. I am flexible I change what I was going to order no worries. Then waitress suggest a side salad sounds great and we all need veggies. Now I know this is coffee shop, but I thought this salad was delicious however I found a short dark hair in my salad so even though I was three quarters through I stopped eating alerted the waitress and she took the plate away. When I paid the bill I saw the $2 service charge for the salad. Well that was a very cheap salad, but when hair is found in the food I would think that item would free. Who knows maybe just me. My chai was great as we're the samosas, but I would really have liked to see some level of concern for serving a plate of salad with a hair in it. Flip to breakfast the regular is delicious the fresh made biscuits are to die for I will say I have been twice and the first time the eggs were name better cannot explain it they just were. Needless to say not sure I will be back, but I did enjoy the breakfast the two times I had it. read more

Came here for breakfast after I couldn't find parking for a nearby bagel shop and so glad I did. Needed quarters for parking but that was fine. Inside was very cute and casual. Two sides you could sit on and both had plenty of room. I got the monster bagel sandwich and it was delicious. My friend had the breakfast burrito which she liked too but it was somewhat messy. We both got the toffee iced lattes which were great but definitely had a lot of sugar. Would absolutely come here again. read more

This is a nice coffeeshop, but nothing to write home about. It was acceptably clean, but it needed some work. The coffee was good, but the roasted coffee seemed a little burnt (my favorite coffee is french roast, so I normally like burnt) even for my tastes. The retail merchandise was scattered throughout the store with very little semblance to order. The atmosphere was nice and the baristas were friendly. I would go back and visit, but I would also try other coffeehouses in the area. read more

It's like I am in a cafe ready to be relax and read yet the loud rap music from the kitchen (with kitchen door wide open) made me wonder if I was in a night club. read more

I have come here many times and I am always impressed by their coffee drinks. They really care about their coffee and offer a wide variety of different options. Their food is good, not my favorite place to eat lunch, but offer a standard brunch/lunch fair. Note: I have not been there for dinner, so I can't tell you how it is. This is a cool place though, it reminds me of a coffee shop in Amherst or Brattleboro, VT. read more

Best coffee in town, Actually Best coffee within a 100 mile radius. Hand roasted by mater coffee roaster Yalcin Kaya, an exceptional man himself but did I tell you about his coffee? I like coffee but I wouldn't say I am any coffee expert, but if I was I know I would give this place some good reviews. Yalcin takes his coffee very seriously but always with a smile on his face and some silly remarks. Best man and Best coffee and that's all I have to say. Just please don't be one of those jerks that gets a dunkin donuts coffee from across the street then comes over to Riverwalk to get a pastry. Insulting. read more

The Riverwalk Café & Coffee House is by far the best café in Nashua and in my opinion the best Café within several hundred miles. I find the most important criteria when choosing a Café is of course the quality of the coffee. Yalcin, the owner and roaster makes it a priority to select only the best beans and roasts them to perfection on site. For me the kick blend is the best but i often drink the espresso too, both are delicious. Though I get the impression that the coffee is the priority the food offerings are definitely worth trying. For lunch I love the vegetarian Panini and the Veggie Head Grilled Chicken but for a snack the muffins and scones are the way to go. read more

I love this place. The location, atmosphere, food, and coffee are all fabulous. I usually get the feta or the monster for bfast and the eggplant panini for lunch, and the peanut butter cup latte is my drink of choice. All super yummy! The band sounded excellent, what a treat imho, the food decent, coffee top notch, 2 waitresses and bar folks serviced the 75+ people crowd admirably and management seemed attentive to its patrons..ie: making space for the dancers. After hearing so much about this place from my hipster friends, I decided to stop in and give this place a try. At first glance, it's really much more of a coffee house hangout than an actual cafè. They offer quite a bit of beverage options but the sandwich menu was more limited than I expected. They do offer some gluten free and vegan options though, which is great. The decor is very much what you would expect for a place like this. I wouldn't say that the food was extraordinary and it was a bit expensive for two sandwiches and a latte. It's a cute little place that I would frequent again, especially because they do have some interesting events such as open mic night that have gotten great reviews. Riverwalk is an awesome cafe that the owners have built into a local gathering place for all kinds of people. Everything is made from scratch, and they roast their own coffee beans. The Nutty Caramel latte is my favorite, as is the turkey Ruben. read more

Riverwalk cafe has such an amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and awesome music. I love everything about it, EXCEPT that they do not care at all about the environment or helping the earth. They literally do not have recycling bins. This is 2019, we know the world is ending and we need to do our part. Every time I go I say something about having a recycling bin or at least compostable plastic cups and silverware, but over the 4 years I've been going nothing has changed. How can they not care that they are harming the earth creating irreversible damage? So get recycling bins and recyclable/compostable cups and I will start recommending you. You really should care more about your customers and the earth. read more

Horrible service and extremely bitter coffee! Charge too much for horrible expresso not to mention they pay their workers 7.25-8.00 a hour and expect people to leave them tips but have horrible customer service skills! Manager is a female covered in tattoos that treats her staff like trash and I over hear her talking to her employees and being nasty and malicious! Coffee roasters is very cheap and they spend no money on quality because people think their cafe art and cute atmosphere attract the human eye... don't get sucked in Nashua! read more

I went in with my 18 year old son, we both ordered the smoked salmon with cream cheese, capers and avocado(capers and avocado optional) on a bagel. Actually...I ordered mine on gluten free bread. It was OUTSTANDING!!! The salmon was as fresh as it could be and I felt as though it was melting in my mouth. Adding capers and avocado to this sandwich made it an extra delicious sophisticated delightful pleasure! Get the large Cappuccino. Pastries are good too. Particularly fond of the pumpkin bread and the smoked salmon sandwich. If you're there on a weekend get the french toast. Better than any coffee shop that I've found in Boston, New England, or the east coast. In fact, the only time I had a better Cappuccino was in St. Paul MN, but the atmosphere in that shop wasn't nearly as quirky and comfortable as Riverwalk's. read more
