I found my band right away - it was her first recommendation as to what would go with my engagement ring. My husband, on the other hand, had a few rings ordered to be sent to the store to try before he bought. He didn't love either, so Karin recommended a ring that was almost a combination of the 2. He had to buy it before seeing it though as it was custom made. Needless to say, he made the right decision. His ring is great too. He also purchased a fab necklace for me for the actual wedding day from Kloiber which I love! Over the last few months, I have been into Kloiber (the new location is in the US Bank building - go up the main escalator to the Galleria level and you will practically run into it) several times - ring sizing, ring cleaning, ring pick up, necklace shortening, etc. I'm sure it would be fine if you just stopped in (ring the bell), but I would suggest making an appointment - they are very good by email as well. The place is very clean and the staff was quite helpful. There's lots of carts to use but they can't go outside. They have lots of big machine options which is convenient for large to super large loads. Prices range from $5,50, $7.50, and $10. The smallest machine is 4.50 (not worth it) which is a lot smaller (half load size) than the next size up which is the $5.50. The machines wash well. They also have 3 size dryers very large for King size or larger comforters, $2.50 large for standards full load dry, and $2.00 for smaller loads. The dryers are set 30 minutes. I was disappointed that not only it took so long but his clothes still wasn't dry although I intentionally made each load lighter and used more dryers. The gentleman working there was nice enough to give me the additional drying needed for free. I took a star off for this. Other disappointed is the tables are super small and inconvenient for folding a full load of clothes. I took a Star off for this as well. Overall we made it work and got the job done. Not sure if we'll go back. I recommend trying for yourself and decide if it works for you. FYI - pictures are spot on so I didn't feel a need to take any.

I would NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN. things I was quoted on when first calling that weren't done: never touched the cupboards, just wiped down the 6ft of counter, did little if any wiping down of walls, windows were washed after they requested we take the screens off to save time, a neighbor came back, washed down the trim and sills and vacuumed the curtains before putting screens back on, ceiling fans weren't touched, mopboards weren't done, there are still BIG cobwebs in the corners by the table, they refused to do the walk in tub because of mold. It was actually bad soap scum and the neighbor cleaned it for them ( took 1/2 hr) shower rod was thick with dust and cobwebs, sink wasn't cleaned and I doubt if they did the toilet. I don't think they moved a thing, just dusted around it. When I said I would never hire them again, they said they would reduce the price. I agreed with $250, down from the $450 quote. when it was settled they contacted me and asked to change my review, which is why they have high reviews
