I would like to redact my previous rating on Rivolty patio. Alex has always been fair with me and he's always helped me in every situation that I had with the Patio Cover. Please accept my deepest apologies for the poor review that I left before. He is very hard-working and he is a very honest man. It has been awhile since I have heard from Alex. A huge storm came in and tore down the Patio covering. When this happened, I called Alex to see what he could do to repair it. He responded once saying that he was gonna talk to his engineer, but I never heard back again from him. He has not responded. If you are going to get a Patio covering, it needs to last not just for six months or a year. The Patio recovery should last for years. read more

We can't recommend Rivolty enough! They did an amazing job building us a beautiful new two-story deck with a roof, a huge project they started completely from scratch. Even though it took a few months and involved the expected back-and-forth with the city for permits, the final result is absolutely perfect. This is my second 5 star review for Alex and team at Rivolty. Two years ago, they custom designed and installed a golf pergola in our side yard for us. This month, they installed another pergola in our backyard. We had a very specific request: to be able to open / close the pergola top like blinds so the sun can be let in or blocked completely. Rivolty did a great job taking our project from idea through to execution - our front deck has transformed from wasted potential, to cozy enough to live on. And Rivolty did the work in 1 day and at a more reasonable cost than others were quoting for similar pergolas and coverings. In short, our front deck is under a cedar tree and drains water poorly (in part as cedar droppings clog everything). Sweeping, directing water away from the house, finding ticks in our hair - it's been 10x more maintenance than enjoyment over the years. Alex was clear about the pros and cons of our various coverage ideas, including advising against options that weren't a good fit (i.e. retractable awnings, which were likely to become damaged by collecting cedar droppings). We wanted something that still allowed sun onto the deck, but directed cedar droppings, rain, and bugs away. We landed on a custom fixture of color-matched wood and a clear polycarbonate top, and despite some initial challenges typical of construction projects (i.e. pushing the start date on short notice), the Rivolty team ultimately did a fantastic job in a single day, at the exact quoted price. We've had a couple rains since then and the difference is night and day, probably eliminating 95% of the prior maintenance the deck required. And again -- built in 1 day, to high quality, at the quoted price, which was in some cases half the estimates given by other contractors. Would absolutely trust Rivolty with future projects. read more
