I retained Pure Moving Company at the end of July 2022 for a long distance move from the SF Bay Area to Los Angeles. It was the absolute best moving experience I have EVER had! They provided excellent customer service from their 1st response to my inquiry regarding their long-distance moving services. They were also very responsive and polite. 5 stars are NOT enough for this amazing company! The video estimate I scheduled was conducted in a very professional manner, and the estimate was cheaper than quotes I received from other moving companies. Pure Moving Company assured me that they would move my belongings themselves i.e. another company would not be contracted out since it was not a local move. They also stated that another customer's belongings would not be placed on the same truck as mine in order to save time on a long distance trip. Other moving companies do engage in these practices so you have to be careful and ask questions before booking them. Prior to the day of the move, I received several text messages from Pure Moving Co. discussing Covid protocols and confirming the upcoming move. On the actual day of the move, I received a text from Lance advising that he was about 30 minutes away. Lance and his team arrived on-time and were professional, friendly, efficient, and careful with our belongings. They did not sit around. In fact, they were so proactive and efficient that I actually asked Lance whether he anticipated them slowing down at all, while I was packing additional things to go on the truck. Lance and his team wrapped all of the furniture with care, including a glass table, desk and several pictures and mirrors. They packed everything up in a few hours on Saturday, to deliver by noon the next day. However, I had a medical emergency Saturday night and had to push back the time to meet the movers at storage in LA. Lance was very understanding and accommodating. When I arrived, we encountered another problem i.e. we discovered that the storage unit was too small. I was completely stressed, but Lance calmly reassured me everything would be fine and got on the phone with his manager to find a solution. Everything was resolved by the next day when they met me at my new, larger, storage unit. I didn't think the moving experience up to that point could get any better. However, Lance completely knocked me off my feet when he showed me the storage unit after he had finished unloading everything. It was COMPLETELY organized, better than I could have done myself. Boxes which I told him i needed to access in the near future were placed up front by the door as I requested. I could not have been more pleased with this moving experience. .. so much so that I have told all of my friends and family about it, and also posted on my LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. I will be moving my belongings out of storage in the next few weeks and plan to use Pure Moving Company again. I highly recommend them without ANY reservations! We found Pure Moving on Yelp after looking for a reputable company to help us with quite a hefty 2-bedroom apartment move within the Bay Area (SF to Peninsula). After being provided clear and detailed instructions with a full menu of quote options, we selected a moving package and were secured within a couple weeks ahead of time for our move date. The night before our move and after a couple days of packing our place, I started coming down with a cold, and so the day before our move I called Pure to ask if they'd be able to assist with some light final packing the morning of (we had about 90% packed but still had some loose items that we'd need help with). They said it was no problem and we were set. The morning of, we met Vadim, Nurbol and Ali at our apartment, and they quickly and effectively got the rest of our apartment packed up, along with loading the truck and dealing with larger sets of furniture creatively as needed. My wife and I have never been able to move this way in our entire lives. Vadim, Nurbol and Ali literally took the stress of our plates and we were able to take a backseat, dealing with move-out paperwork and direction at our old complex, while settling our dog into the new complex and doing move-in duties at the new place. Even when thrown curveballs, like elevators in the new complex that were much smaller than our first complex, or furniture that needed partial disassembly in order to be transported, the team handled every issue with ease and professionalism. Unloading into our new unit went by even quicker than loading, and toward the end, the team divided responsibilities unloading, unwrapping items and assembling/moving furniture at the same time. Though it was a long day for them and our complexes had various issues with being able to reserve (or not) elevators and spaces for them to park, Vadim, Nurbol and Ali were absolute rockstars. This move would have taken us a week if it weren't for them, and we would have definitely broken something and/or hurt ourselves. We cannot recommend this company enough to others looking for stress-free hands to help them with a normally intense task. Though we only had them pack a few things, I have no doubt those who purchase their full packing option would be in just as capable hands, as the team was beyond thorough with wrapping and packing each item, no matter how valuable or not. Do yourself a favor and don't try to save a couple bucks by going with another company. These guys are the real deal and will save you a migraine and a half. read more

I cannot praise Pure Moving enough, that's how fantastic these movers are! My husband and I used their services last week, and are beyond thrilled with the job they did. To give you an idea of how professional and great these movers are requires a bit of backstory. My husband and I have moved five times in the past eight years (two of those times being cross-country moves). Each time, we've done all the moving ourselves, mainly due to expenses, but also because we weren't sure if we trusted anyone else to move all of our belongings. Unfortunately, we recently had to emergency-move out of our last apartment, and only had two weeks to pack everything up and move into our new place. Because we were already stressed as it was, we decided to take a chance and hire movers, and thankfully we found Pure Moving Company. Not only were they able to book us at the last minute, but they assured us that they would still be able to move us in the rain (we unfortunately had to move on one of the days it was storming in LA). We had the pleasure of having three amazing movers, and boy did they deliver. They walked us through everything each step of the way, always being conscientious and asking us exactly where we'd like our furniture and boxes set up in our new apartment. They water-proofed any and all furniture that could have been damaged by the rain, and padded every fragile piece of furniture. They even took our couches apart without needing any instruction from us! And to top it all off, they were so quick, despite the rain (7 and a half hours with three movers). We did not found any broken items or damage to our furniture. Everything looks exactly as it did when we packed our belongings! Pure Moving Company made what we were anticipating being a highly stressful move so much more relaxed. I cannot emphasize enough how important that was to us, as we were still dealing with other (non-moving) issues on the day of our move. For the first time ever, my husband and I were actually able to enjoy our first night in our new apartment, because these guys did such a stellar job. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. We'll absolutely be using them in the future when we move again, and we plan to recommend them to anyone in the area that's in need of movers. Pure Movers, and more specifically, Vladimir, Alex and Vajia, could not have done a better job getting my roomate and I's items to our new apartment. We had at least 15-20 bulky items that needed to be brought up to our 3rd floor apartment (about 39 stairs). To make things a little more challenging for them, the 2nd set of stairs after going up our 20 step walk up are L-shaped. The guys had to maneuver large couches, an electric piano, a Peloton, 2 full-sized mattresses, and other large items up those stairs-which they did in a little under 2 hours. We also had two full-sized bed frames that Vladimir needed to take apart and put back together so they could fit through the door frames. The level of friendliness and professionalism was unmatched, a tough balance to find when allowing strangers into your homes. Our furniture and other items were immaculately wrapped, no dings or scratches, and they even had plastic covers for the floors so as to protect our thick carpets from getting dirty. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted them at the new apartment. Overall, it took the three movers only 4 hours to wrap everything in protective wrapping and boxes, load their truck, drive to our new place, unload everything, carry it up the stairs, and on top of that, disassemble and reassemble two beds and two couches. They also made sure they left our place clean and took their own trash. My roomate and I were so relieved to have had their help. It helped to ease the stress of moving-we paid cash so everything turned out to be just under $1000 ($209/hr is the cash rate; $219/hr if paying with card), tip not included (please please please, make sure to tip them well as what they do, and do exceptionally well might I add, is not easy). Thanks Pure Movers for helping us settle into our new home! Side note: Speaking of being clean and considerate, we gave the guys pizza as a thank you and after they left, we found that they had even washed the plates they used! My mother had to move from Daly City to Montara. Pure moving accommodated our move date on very short notice. And the guys who showed up were truly the pros from Dover! we had a total of four movers and they worked their butts off from 10 in the morning well into the night with only an hour lunch break. They managed to fit three households full of furniture furnishings etc. into one large moving truck. They packed the truck so tight that when they were done you could not fit an extra piece of paper. What wouldn't fit on the truck they took in the car that brought the other two movers to our move. And this review would not be complete without telling you about my mother's couch. Since it had been moved into her old residence the landlord had built a covered porch which made it nearly impossible to remove it from the old residence. At her new residence the covered porch made it impossible to get through the front door and there were too many turns on the stairs that lead from the garage into her residence. My mother was nearly in tears and the lead mover said "you really love this couch don't you." My mother of course replied in the affirmative. Jeff the lead mover said well I think I know a way to do this. They took the couch back down the stairs put it back on the truck with the latest member of their moving team on the roof of the truck pushed the couch up onto the roof backed the truck up to the balcony that adjoins the living room and then pushed the couch from the top of the truck to the three movers waiting on the balcony who then hold it through the sliding glass door into the living room! These guys will go above and beyond the call of duty to make your move work! read more

Yikes, I had to move the second time this year already! Last time I used a different company and was really disappointed with the service. The previous movers were super late, very sloppy with my stuff. They just threw everything in boxes without properly wrapping it or making any effort to protect the stuff. And the wardrobe boxes last movers provided were just horribly dirty and falling apart. I'm glad that this time I found Pure Pros movers! These movers are nothing like the one I had previously. First of all, Tom And Jerry are really awesome guys. They're really fun to be around and our conversations didn't get in the way of wrapping all my belongings and loading the truck. One thing I worried about was my 55" TV hanging off the wall. I had to buy a new TV after the last, previous moving company damaged the screen and left me with nothing but cheap apologies. Pure Pros movers on the other hand took really great care of my TV. They dismounted it, wrapped it carefully in plastic, blankets and then another extra layer of cardboard. I like how attentive Tom was to details. He notified me about all scratches that I had on my furniture before. He told me about the small breaks they were about to take (very few though) and that he's gonna deduct it. Tom is an amazing mover and just a great friend. Pure Pros movers had the payment system set up really easy - it's just the hourly rate multiplied by the time. They didn't have any surprises like my previous company had ( those jerks almost charged me double with their endless hidden fees). I was eager to tip the guys. They definitely deserved it! Pure Movers just finished moving our 1 bedroom from Oakland down to Orange County and they did such a fantastic job! I cannot recommend them highly enough. My friends from LA advised to call Pure Movers since they used them before and this moving company had such outstanding reviews on Yelp. When I called them and was told that they now have a branch in San Francisco I was really happy! We didn't have much to move yet there were some very important items of sentimental value that requires extra care, and we were ready to pay extra to make sure that it will be safe. After talking to one of their sales reps on the phone they established a flat rate for my move, which seemed fair for the fact that our stuff will be delivered the next day. On the moving day the movers called me one hour prior to the move to warn that due to traffic they might be running late, which was ok. Yet they still arrived within scheduled time window! A great start! Mark, their head mover assured me that will wrap our treasures twice just for extra precaution. Such a great guy, he really made me feel not worried at all. The loading process didn't take much and within an hour and a half they were ready to head South. Unfortunately they do not move cars but that is not an issue, I will hire another company for that. My grandparents met the movers in Orange County the next day and, as they said, they had't even noticed when the unloading was finished - it was that quick! And our relics were safe and sound! whoof, such an elation. Pure moving, should be renamed Pure Class! I just completed a move of my business from LA to SF and after being let down by another company, I called Pure and they were able to squeeze me in last minute, which was no small task as it was just 24 hours before. I was incredibly lucky to get Vadim and his team - he a smart guy, understood what we needed to achieve and packed my items with intelligent proficiency - it was a complete night and day experience to the last mover I used (Royal moving, who were more concerned about hitting on the women in my office than doing a good job). Vadim and his team (I had 3 guys total ) did the packing work quicker than my last move of 4 guys and when I saw the back of the truck I had confidence that my stuff was going to arrive in perfect condition after a 7 hour drive. I also had a couple of very valuable items (one item alone was $30k and a lot of breakable art etc) and when I saw how carefully they packed and move the items, I didn't have to break sweat - it was clear they took it seriously. They actually came in better priced than the other company I had booked but best of all?.... No hidden charges and fees. Just what we agreed over the first phone call. Plain and simple. Such a relief as the last move I did with the other company, was quoted at $450, we over ran by 2 hours and I was presented with a bill for $1100 which I had to fight down to $750, and that was still too much. Management at Pure seem to have instilled a customer service this you just don't find often enough in service related businesses. Vadim and your crew: Thanks for doing a great job! Pure Movers is the tremendously cool moving company. They had me moved yesterday and did it so easy, so hustle free that I did not even expect that it the move can be that easy. 3 movers showed up at my location on time in the morning with green shirts on. They were polite, introduced themselves. Mark, Tom and Evan did not wait a single bit to start the job right after the contract was signed so as I was walking Mark through my apartment to explain all the logistics what stuff needs to be taken care of, the other two movers already were bringing wrapping materials inside. All furniture was wrapped and protected carefully. My bed was taken apart, my leather sofa was wrapped in layers of blankets and plastic. My TV has gotten the same level of best attention. Guys took a small 10 minute break which is totally fine with me. The thing that amazed me was Mark's desire to provide impeccable customer experience (as he mentioned in the very beginning of the move) so he assured that the break I was happy to cover was going to be discounted of the total time of the move. These movers definitely deserved the tip in my eyes already. Driving was quick. I moved 3 miles away within San Fransisco. This company does not charge for miles or gas or truck. Just the hourly rate for the entire move. Unloading was twice as fast as loading. By the time I took all my personal belongings from my car all the furniture was already inside the apartment. The movers carefully placed furniture where it was needed. No complaints, no attitude. It was a really great experience hiring Pure Moving Company. My sincere recommendations to use them! read more

I'm so happy I chose Pure Movers for my move! This was my first time opting to hire movers and was a bit nervous from hearing horror stories of things being broken, stolen items, damage to the apartment, etc. but I can say that all those fears were squashed with the help of these guys. Communication was excellent. Getting a quote online was simple and easy. After getting a few offers, I chose to call Pure Movers. They answered all my questions and got me in the books. A confirmation email soon followed with more details. Over the next couple of days they promptly answered any questions I had through email. They called the day before my move to confirm their arrival the next day and called the morning of my move to let me know they would arrive shortly. I appreciate that they also followed up after the move to make sure everything went accordingly. The move itself went very smoothly. Maks and his partner were both friendly and easy to work with. They worked efficiently and carefully to get all my stuff onto the truck and where it needed to be. Maks kept me in the loop for the duration of the move and I felt at ease. They also had really good advice and even fixed one of my dressers for me that had been banged up in my last move! Wardrobe boxes are included which is awesome since you don't have to pack up anything hanging in your closet and you can put them right back up at your new place. They were so helpful and didn't mind rearranging some things as I tried to figure out how to set up my furniture. I'm happy to say everything got to the new place in good condition. On the move again! Last year I had a very good experience with Pure Moving. So for this move I wanted to use Pure Pros Movers, which is their special team service. As with Pure moving this time, everything went very well and with no incidents. Max, Sean and David did an amazing job. They are real pros at packing my stuff. My dishes very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packing paper. All boxes were signed and sealed. Thanks to that, my unpacking was a breeze. One thing I like about Pure Pros Movers is there is no additional fees at all. It is just the hourly rate they go by and it is awesome. Also, all the wrapping materials are included already. Before using Pure Moving, I did a quite a bit of research on reviews of moving companies and was horrified by some shady schemes the moving companies have. They would offer a very low hourly rate at first, lure you in, and at the end of the move will charge a bunch of hidden fees on top thus almost doubling the bill. Plus, if they damage your stuff, they will just offer you 60 cents per pound which literally nothing. With Pure Moving or Pure Pros movers in this case there is no disappointing surprises at the end. And they really go above and beyond for the customer and provide the best customer service. In case you were wondering what is so special about Pure Pros, it seems like they send really big guys for Pros moving services. Max and his team were the walls of the muscles. We hired Pure Moving Company for a move from one home to another here in Mill Valley on May 27. My wife and I made the unwise decision to pack everything ourselves. By the time moving day arrived, we were frantic, realizing we still had quite a bit of packing to do. Enter the Pure Moving Company Superheroes: Sargyn Forman, Yaroslav, Slava, Andrey P., and Igor. They showed up earlier than expected and told us not to worry. They went right to work with incredible speed and efficiency, and within a few hours they had packed up all our remaining personal property--work that would have taken us days to complete on our own. The move ultimately required three separate truckloads from the home we were moving out of to the home we were moving into (about one mile away). The day ended up being very long (we started around 8:30 a.m. and ended around 10:00 p.m.), but Sargyn and his team made it happen and did not leave until we were fully moved out of our old home and fully moved into our new home. Now that we are mostly unpacked, I can also confirm that Pure Moving Company did an exceptional job packing. As hurried as it was, we have yet to find any personal property damaged! Let's face it: moving sucks. The best you can hope for is to find a moving company that is focused on getting the job done no matter what it takes. If we ever have to move again, we will hire Pure Moving Company for both packing AND moving. My wife and I are so grateful to Sargyn and his team for their hard work. We had to move out of our home for a remodeling gig - and needed a company to do a local move in Fremont. We found Pure Moving via Yelp - they were highly rated. I reached out to many companies but Pure Moving's Nick was the fastest to respond. Even though I messed up the move date - he worked with me patiently and got it scheduled. Come move day, Daniel, Artem, and Artem showed up ahead of schedule. They went about the job very professionally. Daniel gave suggestions on what could be moved and what could be left behind (we were doing a partial move). He also pointed out that a mattress spring had broken and advised against moving it as it could be dangerous to the person sleeping on it. We got the team food from a local Indian place and they really enjoyed the food - even though they were crying at the end of the meal from the spices. They dismantled the furniture where needed and had the entire truck loaded in under two hours. At the apartment - we found that my wife's work table wouldnt go through the bedroom door - and the team tried a few things and then took the initiative by getting the door off its hinges to move the table in. They also patiently worked with us in rearranging the furniture in the small living room to create more space. Daniel is a swimming champ and he and his team did a great job swimming against the current to get our move done. No damaged items, professional service, no slacking off - and very courteous and polite. Phenomenal job. I will engage them again in 5 months when we move back to our home. read more
