Accidents happen and unfortunately a serious one happened to us. My partner and I ended up in ER and then we had to get chiropractor care after to cure our pain. Luckily, found Dr. Alba's office. I can only say good words about the place. The vibe at the office is very welcoming and positive. Jocelyn, the office manager, is very kind and attentive. She is on point with scheduling and accommodations whenever we could not make our appointment. I went to Dr. Alba due to chronic headache and stomach issues. I had been working with my doctor for several years and nothing seemed to get to the root of the issues. 2 months ago I finally decided to deal with some moderate to intense daily aches and pains in my arm with a visit to Dr. Christina at Rivulet Chiropractic. To give some perspective, just reaching to grab a salt shaker at the time was very uncomfortable. After my assessment including x-rays, and a careful explanation from Dr. C., I started on a treatment plan. Visits are quick and on-time, and have yielded not only great relief from pain, but also newly learned skills in the area of ergonomics, posture, and simple habits like drinking a lot more water and doing strengthening exercises, that I believe are contributing to my long term health and longevity. The adjustments are gradual and I'm a able to go right back to work after my appointment which I appreciate. She also made sure I was doing my homework on my own to aid in my recovery. It wasn't an overnight fix (are they ever?), but I'm happy to say I'm currently pain free! Dr. Christina and the whole Rivulet team is everything you want in chiropractic care. I had met Dr. Christina and Dr. Brian last year during a job interview and I really liked their philosophy. I ended up taking another position (also in the wellness field) but I always admired this working couple and their approach to chiropractic health. I never thought I would be that person at age 44 that would complain about aches and pains. But after years of neck pain, I had gotten to the point where I couldn't move my neck because it was so painful. Getting out of bed was challenging. In order to change lanes while driving, I literally had to move my entire torso. How dangerous is that? Time to call Dr. Christina. Luckily she remembered me and we scheduled a consultation. We discussed at length...and I mean great length...of my ailments. I have always believed that the physical body and the mind work together like yin and yang and the pain really affected my mood. She did xrays. Our next appt focused on how my current spinal health and next steps. I signed up for the next 3 months of care without hesitation. I've been going for a month and huzzah....my neck moves freely. She also helped alleviate pain in my right knee... double huzzah. Not all chiropractors are the same. My whole life, I've been told to avoid chiropractors at all costs. I think the few bad chiropractors have really left a bad mark on the industry. I saw a different chiropractor a couple of years ago for the same issue (and he was highly recommended to me). No xrays and he stated that he could fix me in 4 sessions. I was never "fixed" and I was a several hundred dollars poorer. Front desk staff, Kelsey, is warm and friendly. Of course, the doctors are so great! Very involved in the local community which I value. Don't be that person that is constantly complaining about aches and pains. Call Rivulet! read more

Rivulet Chiropractic is the best chiropractic office I have ever been to, and I have been to numerous. Dr. Christina Alba does it all! I came to her because I used to have neck pain and headaches, and she has helped me get rid of them. I do not have headaches or neck pain anymore. She also got rid of my low back pain so I can move my body better. I am able to do my job again! She is also great with adjusting kids as a pediatric chiropractor! Skeptic turned believer. I had extreme pain in my elbow joints which came on suddenly. I thought maybe I had just over did it and tried various methods to relieve the pain which did nothing. I finally went to see my family doctor and all they wanted to do was give me a shot. What??? Since I could not identify an exact "accident" as to why I would have the sudden pain they just told me I had strained my muscles. I convinced them to send me to physical therapy to see if they could help. They were nice and patient with me trying to find solutions, different stretches, ice/heat, over the counter anti inflammatory meds...... all this was temporary and with in hours or days I was back to square one. Sometimes in more pain then when I started. So I sought out other things to try.... massage therapy, cupping... anything to take away the pain. Finally a co worker said I should go see his chiropractor. I replied... it's my arms that hurt.. not my back.. ... but grudgingly made an appointment to go see Dr. Christina. YAY!!! Finally answers and sad that I waited so long. (Seriously.. why did I wait so long??) Dr. Christina was patient with me and explained it all to me. Showed me on the xrays how the cervical part of my spine was compressing and what was more then likely the source of my pain and laid out a course of action. Of course I jumped on board since nothing had worked so far. Five months of pain to the point of almost in tears over picking up a mug of tea to now able to do that and so much more after only one month of being a client here. ONE MONTH!! I wasted FIVE months on crap. Her and Dr. Brian are FANTASTIC!! They make you feel welcome and have truly made my life bearable again. I can only imagine what I will feel like after the next few months. I can now say I am a believer in chiropractic services. They are AMAZING here and again... wondering why I waited so long. This is a fantastic practice! Dr. Brian and Dr. Christina both take the time to understand any pain you may have and are very thorough with their treatment plans. Being able to see my spine/posture via photos and xrays was very powerful and made the chiropractic idea easier to understand. The environment is warm and inviting and the front desk team always greets you with a smile. One of my first adjustments I went in with clogged up sinuses and I was in a bad mood. I was in a car accident on 3/31/23. Since then I had been experiencing daily headaches, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica as well as my back and my right knee. On my first visit with Dr Alba, she performed X-Rays which showed my neck and spine. Then she did adjustments on my neck and back and she told me these are just minor adjustments. She said to ice it every 20 mins if I feel sore afterwards. The next day, I've received a text also reminding me to ice the area if I feel sore. I did feel sore the next day. Guess what, the day after, I feel like a new person, I slept good for the first time. I did not have to rely on Tylenol and Aleve like I did since March. The neck pain is not completely gone but it is tolerable than before. Yesterday was my 2nd adjustment and already I am feeling better.
