Now that I'm in my final trimester and finally on maternity leave -- the time when I can actually come in more consistently and need the care most -- the office has announced they'll be closed for "fall break", which happens to be the month I'm due October. I was never notified they would be closed, only notifying me of this closure days before on September 27th via text. I've asked for a refund for the six remaining sessions I already paid for, and they've refused. I understand businesses have schedules and limitations, but this feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional -- especially considering how much I've invested here, both financially and personally. The owner Dr. Kseniya was extremely rude and condescending sending me voice text messages. She basically blamed me stating I should be more understanding that she is a mother and works long hours and needs this time off. The whole conversation was unprofessional and very poor customer service.
