Repotted monstera with new moss pole
    Cassidy J.

I brought in two plants (monstera and a ZZ plant) for some TLC and to be repotted. The lady working on 5/2/25 (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to help me with my plants! I will definitely be using their expertise again.

Accidentally found this place while I was downtown. The plants are in magnificent condition. I've worked at plant shops before and was really impressed. Accidentally bought 3 plants because they were just too pretty to leave. The sales associate was super nice, knew each plant I was interested in and how long it had been in shop, and didn't judge me for geeking out about all the plants. Ps, sign said they're hiring. I would apply if I lived a closer.

Such an amazing plant store! Very welcoming, decent prices and the staff is amazing. Can't wait to visit again and buy more plants

Very cute store. Plants are a bit overpriced, but that makes sense given the location. Worker is friendly - welcomes everyone in. They have soil, and other plant-related stuff like books and other accessories!

    Beautiful plants everywhere!

While wandering around Downtown Napa not too long ago, my hubby and I happily discovered this bright, beautiful botanical haven. The second we walked in, I instantly wished I could buy every plant and turn our home into the same botanical wonderland as the shop! Riza Plants is blooming with every plant imaginable, from succulents to air plants to lush, tropical beauties, and everything you could possible need to take care of your own houseplants. As we continued to browse and admire all the plants, ceramic pots, books, and other cute gift items, the owner, Alyssa, warmly welcomed us and let us know she was there if we needed any help. Although we wanted to buy so many things that day, we were on foot, so no place to put anything while on our walk to go pick up our rental bikes! More customers walked in as we were getting ready to leave, so Alyssa was busy talking to them and we couldn't thank her as we walked out of the shop. BUT, as we were just about a few steps away, we heard a big "Thank you!" and we spun around to see that Alyssa had run out the the door to catch us as we left. That simple yet incredibly kind gesture not only made our day, but it surely left a lasting impression on us, and we know we will be back there again soon to support this wonderful shop (we've been keeping up with them on Instagram in the meantime)! If you're looking for great, unique and gorgeous gifts for someone or want to treat yo'self to some new plant babies (or plant friends!), Riza Plants is THE place to go in Napa. They even have fun in-store events like Pilates & Plants, as well as design and rental services for special events. We're rooting for you, Riza! ;)

What a beautiful shop! All the plants are pretty and healthy. It feels like home jungle inside with the tall fiddle fig tree! They have the Thai constellation monstera for $5K wish I could afford it lol. I got the pink aglaonema in 4"pot for $16 plus tax. The register is nice and give me tips when and how to transfer the plant. Highly recommended when you like plants and when you visit downtown napa.

Downtown Napa has definitely grown these last few years and what was once a sleepy shopping plaza, is now packed with unique shops and restaurants. Riza Plants was a fun surprise to happen upon one afternoon in Napa. They feature an array of unique indoor plants, a "soil bar" and lots of pottery and accessories for all your plant babies. Great layout, friendly staff and lots of ideas for your indoor jungle space. Definitely would make this my go-to plant shop if I were a local!

This shop is a gem of Napa. It's at a great spot in downtown and they always have a great selection of plants and pots. I've bought many plants here, done a workshop and joined the plants and pilates class. My experiences from each experience have been nothing short of first class. Alyssa and her team are very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products in their store. Keep killing it

Surprise! A plant store in the Napa First Center. You have to walk around the back to find it but it is fun to look at the succulents and the displays. They are knowledgeable about the plants and happy to give out advice.

Bought our first plant from Riza. Nothing but the best experience!!! So helpful in suggesting a plant based on asking for a tall corner plant and it's beautiful in our space. Thank you!!

One of my absolute guilty pleasures is stopping in to say hi to the fabulous staff at Riza and geek out on plants. I have brought home more babies from them then I care to admit and still go back for more. Their quality and care of plants makes it an easy choice. I even grabbed some new plant lady swag/earrings and am obsessed. If you love plants for sure take the time to pop by and say hello.

Steak frites: steak was meh but perfect medium rare. Fries were deliciously crispy for steak fries 2. Fried chicken sandwhich: very mid 3. Chicken wings: I did dry rub with the sauces on the side. I liked the ranch with the umami, but im not a fan of the smoked chicken. 4. Burrata: mid 5. Poke tostadas: best thing I've had on their menu and they don't have it anymore. I wanted to cry when they told me 6. Salted caramel pudding with shortbread pieces and macadamia nuts, hold the nuts: absolutely delicious dessert, very sweet! 7. Smash burger: pretty good. I'd get two patties next time Drinks 1. Float the River: hold the grapefruit. It was boozy s as heck 2. Dirty Shirley: decent 3. Cucumber drink: This was an off menu drink they used to make for me and then stopped making it. Maybe they ran out of cucumber? Idk. But bring them back! Wow I really been coming here for a minute. From the outside it doesn't look like a garden or even a beer garden but this place is a full on sports bar. The US mens national team was playing at noon for the world cup but we showed up at 10:30 am. The owner told us he was stressed because the whole place was reserved and packed for the game which wasn't very welcoming. The servers looked extremely busy so we kept having to ask whoever ran by for something we needed. The food, thankfully , was spectacular. I had the biscuit breakfast sandwich no cheese with sausage and I wish I could have fit another in my stomach. The biscuit was huge and flaky and tender and the eggs were fluffy. I shared it with my kid with a side of tots and it was scrumptious. I asked for the aioli on the side but it was lemony with a spicy kick. I hadn't had something like that but it was a nice fresh creamy taste with the tots and sandwich.

Everyone working here was super friendly and helpful. They left me along but when I had a question they were more than happy to help. Personally I like this approach but if you're into the whole "being offered help by someone different every 30 seconds" thing you will probably think they are all rude. But they're not - just approach someone and ask for help :) I will say... this place is very... boring? sterile? minimalist? basic? looking. Some nurseries really try to make it beautiful and fun looking at they didn't do that here. That's not bad... the plants are what matter, but it's just more fun to browse and shop when things are arranged beautifully and creatively. Just a point I wanted to make, but I'm not deducting anything for my observation.

About half of the thyme in the walkway has died. On further investigation I find that it was just stuck on the ground with no drip irrigation to it all. (Will attach photos) It took a few weeks for this to become apparent as she and her crew did a very thorough job of hand watering everything before they left. So of course, the failure to install irrigation to those plants didn't show up for a couple of days. This after she assured me that her crew had checked all the irrigation and that it was fine. I am still trying to figure out how to deal with the little loops of irrigation tubing that are sticking up in the middle of the pathway, embedded in the DG. Also some of the pavers by the sidewalk are starting to lift, one is as much as 1/2 inch higher than the sidewalk...and it hasn't even begun to rain yet. No wonder she insisted on being paid on the spot. Stay away from Garden Girls.

Not only was it exactly what I needed, they even took an extra step and leveled out the back yard for me too. I am so pleased to have my jungle gone and my yard back!
