Worst service ever! Rizkalla does not take suggestions very well, and don't try to ask for other services because she's always right because she is the doctor, this is what she yelled at me today, she did not try to understand what I was telling her. I told her she was being rude, she got even more upset and started telling me things, she looked at me with such a evil face and told me not to ever say she was rude and I said if I feel your being rude I will say that then she proceeded to kick me out of her office, while yelling at me! My mom has sever pain for a month and Rizkalla kept telling her she had a UTI, my mom kept insisting that she felt she had a infection and the doctor kept telling her no she didn't, mind you she never had my mom get blood work or a urine sample until my mom demanded one. And guess what my mom had a infection, same infection she had a couple months prior to which she was hospitalized for. Also every time my mom ask for pain pills she gladly gives them to her, just as if they are candy! BEWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!! If I could give no stars I would, she doesn't even deserve that! read more

Dr. Rizkalla was the primary care doctor for multiple people in my family. Her poor treatment of one of my elderly relatives almost resulted in the loss of her life. My aunt was a severe diabetic that was prescribed prednisone. As a result, her blood sugar went out of control and when she consulted Dr Rizkalla, she was not able to put 2 and 2 together to figure out that the prednisone was the culprit. My cousin found her mom at home almost unconscious. Dr Rizkalla's answer was to admit my aunt into a nursing facility in which she was the Medical Director. She again treating my aunt inappropriately and her health was declining. There was a fire at the facility, and the residents were moved to another location, and were assigned a new MD at that facility. The new doctor completely changed her treatment and my aunt immediately showed improvement! She is now in her 90s and thriving in assisted living. Her health is better than it had been for many years of Dr Rizkalla treatment! Thank goodness for the fire that changed her life! read more

Nice Doctor. THE WORST FRONT DESK PERSONNEL. Unprofessional. Rude. They answer the phones with an attitude. Each time I call, I am placed on hold for ten minutes or longer. Even to reschedule an appointment, I am placed on hold for greater than 10 minutes and have to put up with the rude staff when trying to figuring out the right appointment times. Rizkalla's appointments are booked out greater than 4 to 6 weeks. When I have an urgent concern to address, I've been told to go to urgent care or the ED. There is never any follow up after visits to UC or ED. If you decide to be seen in this office, expect to put up with these things. All the reviews are spot on. Is this really worth it? I don't think so. Looking for another PCP and a more pleasant office experience. read more

Dr. Rizkalla is very nice and helpful. She is the PCP for other members in my family and I have never experienced distrust or issues with the doctor. However; the staff is wildly inappropriate. There are children running around in the back office area, rude and unwelcoming nurses, and unprofessional front staff. The nurse spoke to me, in a grumbled demeanor, only to tell me my blood pressure and ask why I was here. I felt as if I was interrupting the entertainment they were having in the front reception area. There used to be very kind, informative and welcoming nurses. Unfortunately, they have been replaced with less than inviting staff. I enjoy my visits with Dr. Rizkalla, but the staff has me considering other Primary Doctors. read more

I was constantly changing medications and going in very frequently everyone was very nice and patient with me.Rizkallas herself is very sweet and amazing. She always made me feel heard. The drama and frustration was not worth it. About a year ago they referred me to get an ultrasound done. This office and the ultra sound office were completely out of sync. The ultrasound place told me that all the results were done and will be faxed to Rizkallas office. They then told me that the fax was off and couldn't get in touch with Rizkallas office. When I called Rizkallas office to tell them to turn the fax on they would say the results were not done and they won't turn on the fax. About a month of angry frustrated calls Rizkallas office calls and tells me the results. I haven't gone back since and I do not plan on it. read more

Typically, I don't leave bad reviews, but I just called into to make an appointment and was sincerely shocked by the lack of service offered by this office. I understand that medical insurance can be difficult to navigate, but I am still a paying customer who should receive support in the process. Not simply told that there is absolutely no way that they can help determine the cost of the service that I am buying until after I buy it. Even if this was the case and there was absolutely no way that they could point me in the right direction to find this information, the complete lack of consideration was plain rude. Sincerely disappointed to have experienced this considering that I have seen Dr. Rizkalla a couple times over the years. I will now be canceling my appointment and finding a different doctor. Her staff makes sure you are seen as soon as is humanly possible. Her CMA, Brice, spends quality time with us prior to the doctor entering the room. Mandy, the Office Administrator and Medical Clerk, is receptive and truly cares about scheduling, following though with referrals and communicating between with the doctor and me when needed. All of the staff go above and beyond to meet our needs. The wait to get an appointment, time in the waiting room, for refills, for equipment, lab results and all services are incomparably efficient. Gee, I thought I'd finally found a Primary care Physician Hm until I recently received a bill practically a yr later. I was being Charged for a deductible which was supposed to b waived on Annual Wellness Check-ups. I initially saw Dr R last yr in Dec & I was impressed with Her Overall. She was so Pleasant & Kind. Her B/o Nurse was also Nice; the two of them out shined the entire office bc the F/o person was not Personable at all @ least to me. I immediately contacted their Billing Dept & spoke to the person in charge. I will not list her name bc I'm hoping this is an isolated incident & others did not experience this. Well, she admitted the Bill was sent in Error. I asked her to email me the Correction of which she agreed to do, but I never received:-/ This now looks suspicious & obviously, by sending the bill so late, they'd possibly assumed I'd forget and pay it. My Ins told me I was billed for Diagnostic as if i had an accident. Seriously, I'm never ill and jus go to Drs for my yearly physicals. read more

I had a bad experience with a staff member since the first phone call I ever made, the staff member was very rude and confrontational, she hung up on me, and I tried calling back but no answer, one incident I was confronted by the staff member and doctor and I was embarrassed in front of people in the lobby,Dr. Did apologize how ever staff member has not apologized, and it seems like Dr is okay with that kind of behavior,which is sad, I received a letter in the mail, stating that the doctor has assigned me to another doctor, just because of the behavior of this staff member, who had said look hunny I'm not rude, you don't know me hunny, obviously she must be upset about something for her to treat people so poorly, I feel I have been let down, and it saddens me the treatment I have received with Dr Rezcalla, my friends and family consider me a very kind person, and I went out of my way and have even givin all staff members including the Dr a gift a gesture regardless of how I was treated in hopes that it would change her behavior towards me,thinking that maybe they had a bad day,but it didn't help,I couldn't kill it with kindness, regardless I wish them the best, and I hope nobody finds them selves in a situation like this, such a shame, I thought very highly of this doctor, and had so much hopes she was the right Dr, she is a wonderful Dr, just needs a better attitude and better service for those in need, such a waist of such a good practitioner, it looks so good but taste so bitter, no one deserves to be treated the way I was treated and I hope after this no one is, for those reading this, your feelings matter speak up, so the next person doesn't have to deal with people with bad attitudes and service. read more

For years, the front office staff has always been rude and complaining about something every time I visited. But I was always nice to them, hoping that their attitude would never be directed toward me. In hind sight, I realize that this was not wise. People are who they are. Finally, their 'wrath' was turned on me one day, when I desperately needed help. When I called the clinic for the second day in a row, they refused to help me. Two of the front office girls yelled at me, insulted me, lied to me and hung up on me four times. I was shocked by their vile anger. According to my insurance company, this was an issue that should have been dealt with and if it wasn't, it would constitute negligence. At the end of the day, I received a call saying that the Doctor would not help me. Well, I thought, 'no kidding'. I told them that I was going to find another doctor because no one should ever be treated the way they treated me that day. They accused me of being rude and 'a problem'. Fortunately, I have the conversation recorded, so that there is no doubt who was being cruel and unprofessional or 'a problem.' read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I waited 2-hours for my first appointment and 1-hour for my second which I find unacceptable. They have orange signs on the walls stating they will charge $25 if you miss your appt. but they will waist your time. I heard others complain about it as the front desk blows you off and claims its not usually like this. The front desk and Dr R are so cold and rude its unreal to watch. They over schedule so you have no time with the Dr as your rushed along. Dr had no idea why I was there so she obviously does not have time to check the patients chart. I told her I thought the wait time was ridiculous and frustrating for her patients. She claimed that it's less than other Dr. I know sometimes things get delayed but when its a daily problem you're over scheduling. When I disagreed with her the Dr told me I could find another Dr. Really! I was already looking for a new Dr so that was no big deal but for her to handle the situation like that was so unprofessional. What a waist of time to visit this office and be treated so rudely by all of the staff and the doctor. Save yourself some time and find a Dr who cares. read more
