I came in wanting an OPI "Bubble Bunny" nail color, and even though they didn't have that exact polish, she worked with what they had and still gave me exactly the color and finish I wanted. I asked for short nails, not too pointy--more of a soft oval--and she nailed it perfectly. I left so happy with my set! This is actually my second time coming to her. They charge too much for anything. They charged $60 for a gel manicure to my mother in law who was staying with me for a week. She lives in San Fernando valley and she says they charge her $30 for same service. Her gel only lasted for three days. The gel color started chipping off. I spend $130 for acrylic Full set and gel pedi. They charge $70 And up for and acrylic refill. I called another place around Victorville and they will charge me $40 for a refill. I used to live in Santa Clarita and my nail lady charged me $40 for acrylic refill. They also take a long time to do your pedicure and manicure. First time I went I ask for a two designs on my pedicure on my two toenails. Priscilla erased her design three times and kept doing the design until she got it right. Too pricey and take too long. Do not come here. I have been here a few times and always have issues I got a pedicure a few days ago and I got a really bad toenail infection. I have been getting pedicures for years and never had any infection from any other salon. The owner is also rude and self centered. She does not let her nail techs work on their own she is always hovering over them as if she doesn't trust them to do their job. This is my second time going to a Nail Salon. The only reason I had to go was because I had a super painful ingrown toenail. I almost wanted to turn the car to go back home because the first salon I went to in the past they hurt my nail and I've been scared to try any other place. But I knew I had to or else it would get worse. I was able to book online the day I found this cute place. They texted me back and answered my Qs within minutes. I was so happy to find a nail salon that specialized in modern techniques and true nail care. Pricela was so lovely and attentive and was very knowledgeable. All the nail techs seem to truly enjoy what they do and I was so happy that in addition to great services, they disinfect and sanitize all their equipment. My review is based off the nail tech Savanah. I definitely feel that she scammed me over Christmas time. I am a local hair stylist and she reached out to me for a hair service. After I gave her a estimated quote for the hair coloring services she wanted done, she then told me it was out of her budget, she expressed she could pay around $200-$250 The service was estimated around $350 depending on product usage. She then expressed that she would like to trade services to even out the cost. I replied and told her I don't usually trade services.. specially for nails because the price point is just too low. However, she told me I would be able to come in for a full set & fill, and she also offered to do my daughter's nails also. I had agreed to her offer and I booked her to get her hair colored. She said she loved her hair, and after her appointment she wrote me to do her grandmas hair. I explained to her that I was going to be out of town for Christmas, and I was letting my nails heal from a previous full set and I would reach out to her to book for my nail appointment. First time I reached out I was letting her know weeks in advance that it was getting close to time that I would be wanting my nails done, she told me Sunday would be best. So i wrote her again few weeks later asking if this Sunday or next Sunday would be best? Her response was no she's out of town, then she suggests that she just sends me the difference on Saturday evening when she gets paid. Saturday comes and I never got a payment. I was patient and wrote her Sunday and she says.. Next Saturday! Next Saturday comes and I have reach out to her in order for her to even send the remaining balance. Moral of the story is she is very unprofessional and I consider this to be a scam. Getting your hair done and paying the remaining balance months later is not cool, it would have been simple to hold on to your word as a professional nail artist. Anyone who is the beauty Industry should know that Savanah is not good for her word in terms of beauty service trades. I hope she can learn from this and grow as a professional artist. I spent a lot of time in her hair and I used a lot of product.. I deserved to be paid on that day for her service if she wasn't going to hold up to a deal that she suggested.
