I took some time to really consider whether or not I wanted to write this review. Andrew, the…read moreowner, was very eager and motivated to earn my fiancé's and my business. He initially quoted us $950 for a "deep cleaning" plus carpet cleaning, then later texted and lowered the price to $750. The job was to deep clean a newly purchased home that we were moving into. The house had not been lived in for about 8 months, but it was fairly clean since it had been actively shown. It was not dirty. The entire reason for hiring a deep cleaning service was so I would not have to worry about cleaning ANYTHING before moving in. Andrew arrived with 2-3 other cleaners to clean an almost 2,000 sq ft home and finished in approximately 3-4 hours, including carpet cleaning. In hindsight, that should have been a red flag. During the walkthrough, we pointed out several things that were missed such as dead bugs inside window tracks, dust above cabinets, stair railings and banisters, and cobwebs. Andrew addressed those items on the spot without any issue. However, once we started moving in and unpacking, we quickly realized how much had actually been missed. We were told that a "deep clean" meant EVERYTHING. IT WAS INDEED NOT. The entryway was untouched and full of dust. The master bathroom window and window sills were not cleaned. The master closet shelves were filthy and clearly never wiped down. The storage drawer beneath the stove was disgusting. I used multiple Clorox wipes just to get it clean. Under the bathroom sink was sticky from the previous owner and had not been cleaned at all. None of the tubs even appeared to have been cleaned. My fiancé reached out to Andrew, and he offered to come back two days later. By that point, even more missed areas had surfaced. I ended up cleaning everything myself, which completely defeated the purpose of paying $750 for a deep clean. I couldn't delay unpacking or bathing children just to wait for another visit. My fiancé contacted Andrew again regarding the additional issues, and he issued a partial refund of $250 via Apple Pay. I chose this company because the majority of Yelp reviews were very positive. I did notice some negative reviews but assumed they were outliers. Unfortunately, our experience aligned more with those. This review is not about Andrew personally. He was polite, positive, and had a great attitude. This is about the lack of a true DEEP CLEANING. Overall, I am deeply disappointed that we chose to go with this company.

I was quoted a wide range of $400-$800 (lesson learned: stay away from cleaning companies who cannot provide precise quotes before starting work) and ultimately charged the full $800 without receiving an itemized invoice, despite multiple polite requests. Instead of transparency, I was sent a generic checklist they use for every listing and met with defensive responses. The owner repeatedly emphasized how dusty the home was, as if that justified charging the highest end of the range. It felt like an exaggerated excuse to avoid explaining their pricing. They also complained about a "bunch of items" being left behind, when in reality there was only a couch, table, a few kitchen appliances, and a sentimental plant that we were intentionally kept in place for staging. Expecting those items to be removed and brought back in afterward is unreasonable and out of touch with the needs of a listing-ready cleaning. To make matters worse, the plant (a special gift to my clients) was present before their cleaning and was missing after. Instead of responding with empathy or concern, the owner deflected and insisted that this was "why he asked for the house to be cleared." As if that justifies cleaners to possibly take things. Having the home completely empty was never clearly communicated, and had it been, I would never have hired this company knowing my clients planned to leave items for staging. My clients are heartbroken over the loss of something so deeply sentimental and the total lack of accountability or compassion made the situation even worse. The small covered patio, which was part of getting the home photo-ready, was also completely ignored... still dusty and full of cobwebs. For charging $800 (to clean an 1100 sqft, 2 bed, 2 bath home), the job should've been completed with care and attention to detail. I hired a company that simply did not understand the assignment. Their lack of transparency, professionalism, and empathy made for a deeply disappointing experience. I would not recommend them.

Was very thorough in his responses and gave me a price estimate based on our square footage which was very fair for the market and the responses we received. He reached out the day before to confirm and gave me his cell phone number so we could continue communication through text messages. Him and his mom arrived for super friendly and got right to it. They were at our house for about 6 hours. They did a great job top to bottom of getting our rental move out ready. We have four kids and a dog and they did an amazing job. We recently had a new baby so doing the deep cleaning on our own would have been a task to accomplish with my wife and her doctorate program.
