I thought the dough was nice and soft with a neutral taste. I like my dough a little more sweet than they make it but it was still good for me. We didn't realize the bean pupusa doesn't have cheese (you can request bean and cheese though) so those were a little on the dryer side but still very flavorful, especially when dipped in the sauces.
