Generalmente ordeno pollo a la brasa para delivery y sólo una vez me mandaron recalentado y seco, lo deje pasar pero despues cuando otra vez ordené, las sodas que es nuestra clásica Inka Kola, me mandaron Kola Inglesa sin siquiera avisar que no tienen y no dan buena respuesta al llamar y esta última vez ordenando Una Inka Kola de dos litros, recibo dos latas basándose en el mismo precio que no alcanza para una familia de 4. I'm very picky when it comes to chicken and I was afraid to try out a new restaurant. However, Panchito's definitely fulfilled my appetite and their chicken is AMAZING!! I would 150% eat from here again. I had Chaufa de pollo with Aji sauce and it tasted great, I would recommended this dish to all! read more

Chicken was really delicious and juicy. I come here all the time. Service is fast and the employees are very polite. It's actually pretty rare to see the restaurant empty; that's how popular it is. The only issue is that parking can sometimes be hard to find as it is street parking but the food is definitely worth it. Not sure if it is common knowledge, but you can rent out the restaurant for parties. They have 2 flatscreens, ceiling speakers, and a refrigerated cooler. Although I've been coming to this restaurant for years the only plate I have ever tried is the "Pollo a la Brasa" with frech fried and salad. Chicken is tender & juicy served with pipping hot fries and a small bowl of their lettuce and cucumber salad. I have not been able to figure out the ingredients in the salad dresssing but thats probably a good thing since I would incorporate it into my daily diet. I recommend trying the green Aji ( hot Sauce) its sort of tangy & BAM! surprises you with a kick. I usually order a extra side because I slather it on EVERYTHING and I dont like to share. Parking sucks but its worth the hassle of busy downtown whether its for Lunch or late dinner. read more

This place is very friendly! The best dish to get is the rotisserie chicken or "Pollo a la Brasa". The chicken is absolutely delicious and always juicy. The fries are very crisp and are amazing with the green hot sauce. Would definitely recommend coming here, if you want a quick bite I would order the chicken! Restaurant can be busy sometimes so I would expect a small wait if you come in on one of their busy days, but other than that food is delicious, friendly employees, and a good value! read more

The bathrooms are disgusting. Women's bathroom had no soap when I visited but the worst was finding out from my fiancée that the men's bathroom DOESNT HAVE A SINK for them to wash their hands. GROSSSSS!!! If that's how they keep their guests bathrooms (maybe their only one), then I cannot trust their kitchen. Will never eat food from there again. This is my favorite Peruvian spot, haven't been there in awhile but since they updated the place its nice to see the food is as good as usual. Its a nice little restaurant in a busy section of Paterson so parking is going to be scarce. I will say though ordering ahead and doing a pickup is my usual route. My husband is Peruvian American. We love the long list of daily specials (menu); Truly authentic Peruvian cuisine. Choosing one entree and one soup/appetizer for $10 including a beverage. They serve huge portions of home made soup. We have never had such fresh and delicious fried fish anywhere(it was NOT Tilapia, but beautiful type of a white flesh fish; good size portion)...the aguadita was excellent, as well as the Chicha Morada. Soup portions for take-out are a bit smaller. Definitely planning to eat here often. The waitress took care of us very well. read more

Not as good as it used to be while I was growing up. I go once in a way because my favorite Peruvian Restaurant closes so early.

This is a decent place for sure. Their main attraction is the rotisserie chicken which Peruvians translate to "Pollo a la brasa" Honestly there is nothing much special about it in my opinion. The salad is basic iceberg lettuce with tomatoes and onions. Which is not much different from the competition at all. However they have a nice price for their menu and the quality is edible. Nothing really stand out from their menu since every other Peruvian Restaurant in the area have the same items. read more
