    They don't really care about their customers, and will gladly lie over taking a sale. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

    I got my car in February of 2012. Angie was my dealer and she was awesome! The owner was very nice as well. Overall, good experience.

I found the car I wanted on a national website and went to test drive it the same day. I bought the car. Lori even drove the car back to my house for me since I had my other car. The car I bought was already on sale but I thought I would negotiate and ask for a lower price. They meet me halfway on the price since it had only been there a few days. I was satisfied! Lori was great. She is friendly and personal. I did have a problem with the car the first weekend. I called Lori. She scheduled a service appointment. I went to the service department where I was met with people that didn't look to happy about their day or job. They sent me to the Chevy dealer down the street since they didn't have the equipment to diagnose the problem. The other dealership was great and it was only a minor spark plug and coil replacement and I was on my way. All in all my experience was good but I question if it would be good if I had to get routine maintenance in the service department every few months.

I wanted to make sure the car was amazing as the buying experience. Hands-down it's still my favorite car I've owned. I tried several dealerships in the Canton Plymouth Area and Dealership after Dealership saw my credit and my monthly budget and scoffed. However, from the moment I walked into Nissan of Canton, I was greeted with nothing but open and accepting vibe. Justin was wearing a motorcycle jacket in the middle of July, which was strange, but Justin ended up being so friendly and engaging. Justin heard my budget, did the research and then we must've tested up to six cars. Justin was patient with me as we test drove each car; we joked around the whole time as he told me about all the intricacies of each car. When I finally chose one, Matt the sales manager went above and beyond to find me the best deal; checking through several lending sources to find me the best rate and price. I ended up getting an extended warranty and still came in under the monthly rate I asked them for! Matt made the numbers work! When I finally bought the Car, the dealership asked to keep it extra time because time because they wanted to fully detail it. Being late for work Matt went as far as to drive me all the way to work in Plymouth, and then at the end of the day, pick me back up at work to bring me to my new car. I have to say, Justin is the type of sales guy you want for the best car buying experience. This was hands-down, the best car buying experience I've had in all my years. The sales team was funny, friendly, laid-back, and made me feel so comfortable with the whole car buying experience. I ended up with a Nissan Sentra, and over the last month the car is everything I wanted and more. Thank you Nissan Canton for a great buying experience. I can't recommend blank Justin, Matt and his team more.

I was told the mechanic drove it 25 miles to make sure it was good. The good thing was they got my car back to me in 4 days. Jason greeted us shortly after we arrived.  He was interested, responsive and helpful from the get-go and that caring, attentive service was carried through the entire sales experience.  Way to go! With Jason's guidance we were able to quickly ascertain the layout of the lot and he graciously assisted us as we made our needs know and narrowed down the inventory we were interested in.  The lot is laid out neatly but beyond that his remarkable memory allowed him to point out cars that met our criteria. Then - no pressure!  We went and took a look at the vehicles and chose one.  We were welcomed back into the sales area right away.  We were greeted pleasantly by others working in the expansive office.  Their conversation among themselves, as a group, was pleasant, courteous and businesslike.  The atmosphere at this location is both welcoming and reassuring from a business standpoint. To make note of the business aspect during deliberations about the car we ended up choosing another vehicle.  No problem!  After the preliminary paperwork was done we were taken to see the financing director, who, also, was well mannered, professional, meticulous and clear in explaining the arrangements and alternatives before us. I was confident in the materials I had at hand and off we went with the keys to our new car with a happy wave from Jason and the expert staff at Mark Chevrolet. I got to tell you, the place is great!  Go see for yourself!
