I later had someone else do the other tv for half the cost, and I still didn't complain. When I asked why my wall has a plethora of necessary holes, a terrible patch job and what I have to do to get them to fix it, they decided to charge my card 113 dollars for the repair (no notice of clarification by the way), after I spoke to a rep about it, they told me that the charge didnt exist (you can clearly see that a charge is pending in the last photo). I implore you, go grab a drill, screws and a leveler and do it yourself. At the very least, if you do damage to anything you can blame yourself and not be charged for someone else's terrible service. Forgot to mention, the techs sat outside my door for about 2 hours. I had to call them and ask them if they would do the service. I suspect the reason why they do this is to void any other jobs and charge the person regardless of service.

They checked through everything I did they said everything looked right. They called in their master tech, he came in with a condescending tone he questioned me about my system and how I wanted the system to run. The master tech unplugged some wires and said the receiver is broke and he can't do anything else about it. They charged me $224 for that. So I was sold a broken receiver for $380 and $224 to confirm it was broken, a $604 dollar loss. They said , "call us when you get a new receiver." I asked, will you install it for what I paid today? Thinking since he was charging me for an install but did really install anything. He was like no, I will charge you again.

He was in and out in about 30 minutes, even after making some adjustments to make sure the TV was sitting level on the mount. I had a 70 inch TV wall mounted. We were looking for a clean look with no visible wires. Long story short I learned that Chad, the owner at Pueo, was also a Sony dealer and I decided to upgrade to 75" Sony XBR TV for the living room and had the existing TV mounted in a bedroom directly behind the living room wall which worked out perfectly. As part of the deal they also wall-mounted a 72" floating shelf below the new Sony XBR 75. I got the shelf from Amazon (Chad's recommendation). Everything turned out perfectly. No wires! They made sure they got it exactly as we wanted. They hooked everything up and showed us how to operate the new TV. I bought a Harmony 650 remote to control all A/V components with one remote. Being not at all tech savvy, Chad came by on a Sunday and helped me program the remote and showed me how to use it. Highly recommend Pueo Audio!
