I am very thrilled with my new kitchen and two bathrooms having updated them from their initial 1970s design. I researched several contractors, but Top Level Construction really stood out regarding quality and budget, and they delivered. The initial assessment was very comprehensive, with Inna and Oleh visiting my condo a couple of times to understand my desired vision and ensure measurements were double and triple checked. All this data was sent to Ilya who ordered the materials and coordinated with me on what I was purchasing through Amazon in terms of faucets, cabinet handles, etc. that I wanted to get at a lower price on Prime Day, and also have delivered straight to my place to make it easier on staging the materials. Dymtro was my project manager and whom I coordinated with the most. He was very communicative via email, text, and phone calls at any time of the day. Any minor questions I had were addressed almost instantly. Being in a condo, contractor parking is on a shared basis with other contractors, and elevator reservations must be coordinated with the Resident Manager. My RM praised Igor, the main renovator, for being so communicative with him and ensuring the use of a parking stall and elevator each week, as well as checking in and out every day with the front desk guard. Although the project went longer than expected, Igor did a great job of taking his time to do a thorough job and address areas that required more attention. I was quite impressed by his ability to route electrical wires and set up more outlets, and match paint colors to existing walls. As for budget, the initial quote was reasonable and fair, and there were no surprises along the way. The transparency of operations was refreshing; I received detailed, easy-to-understand invoices and knew exactly what I was paying for at every stage. My only recommendation is the cleaning crew bring along Goo Gone or something to address the sticker residue left on the inside of the cabinets. Also, since I had carpet, if they could shampoo the carpet since some dust and shoe prints made their way off the plastic covering at times. Otherwise, they did a great job of wiping down all the bottles in my bar area that had a thick layer of dust from all the work. I needed the sliding closet door in my tenant's apartment completely replaced and I had the new tracks and doors ready. Rudenko LLC responded right away and I was able to get scheduled right away. They were also cheaper than the other companies. Some other companies wanted to charge me over $800 to start! On the day of service, a nice young man named Vik arrived. He knew what he was doing. He worked very hard and he worked quickly despite being paid by the hour. He even cleaned up the apartment really well and took the old door with him. He was honest and trustworthy. I'm giving a 2-star review because there's one good thing: they responded to Yelp messages and suggested suitable materials to get. However the actual appointment turned out to be a BIG miss. They didn't show up, and there's no prior notice AT ALL. My appointment was at 2PM and I confirmed it multiple times. However when it's time, no one showed up, I got no message or call. I had to call them and got different response each time. First time they said the contractor's on the way, next call they said they'll come by 4PM or 4:30PM. I lost my faith and cancelled the appointment. I'm not sure if I'm the only sad case here, because I seen lots of 5-star review. So maybe it's just me who's unlucky. Highly recommended. We used Rudenko twice. First for an emergency when a car drove into the side of our house. They were the quickest and most affordable quote. They did great and went under budget. The second was to add on a bedroom/ office, and add closet and door to another room. They worked hard. They added walls with texture, and did a great job making the texture and color match the existing walls. They were also very honest. Honest with budget, honest with limitations, honest with the whole plan. They wanted to make sure we were OK with the modifications before they did any work. Also, they were very trustworthy. I've had contractors steal a lot of (hidden) money while I was at work... but these guys are trustworthy ... my son left money in plain sight and it was still there when we returned. They also stayed under budget. The timeline was also an unusually good experience. Most contractors are delayed in completing projects. These guys knew I had someone moving in within their timeline and they came on the weekend (non working hours) to complete the project before she moved in. Incredible! Positives: honesty, integrity, timeline, budget, friendly, genuine, hard working, transparent, and more! The only negative experience I had was with the scheduling lady. But in the grand scheme of things, that is so minor compared to the whole experience. Overall, I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. read more

I called Ivan for an estimate and he came by when he said he was supposed to come by. He gave me an estimate that was good to repair my deck. I also needed drywall work and some patches that needed to be covered tile that need to be replaced because we had water damage. They were so professional in that they came in their uniform, and they came in their truck every day between nine and five and cleaned up after them. They even bagged up all the garbage so all I had to do is dispose of it. The quality of the work was really good. I am very satisfied with their work, their service and all the materials that they got, the value of the deck needed repair really bad and they came out and they did what I requested and I'm very satisfied for what they did. I do recommend them if you need deck repair if you need drywall any repairs in your deck to do a good job.
