In fact, I was incredulous that it wasn't a required part of the closing as it has been in every other state in which I've bought property. I got a list of surveyors from my real estate agent, and every one I contacted either didn't return emails or phone messages or flaked out after I contacted them and didn't follow through with the appointment. Finally, I got a referral for Brewer Survey from my deck contractor, and it went great. They were very responsive (both by phone & email) and their prices were reasonable. I was given two options: 1) if I only wanted the corners marked; or 2) if I also wanted a certified drawing with all structures marked as well. I chose the latter and was very satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional and rude staff. The surveyor trespassed on my property to do someone elses survey…read morewith out notifying me. I found a guy in my backyard, asked him was doing and he got aggressive and wouldn't leave after asking him to leave. I had to verbally remove him. The surveyor walked passed several "NO TRESPASSING" signs to get where I found him. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
