They started up setting up their equipment at La Tuna, but also set up at the Pearl, Hemisfair, SAMA, and other places around town. The city has a deal with them this summer where you can see a bunch of free movies. They were putting on a James Bond film series, every week with a different movie. When you go check out their movies, generally you can take your own blankets, food, drinks, chairs, etc. There's no bad seat in the house, since the screen is so big! I love what these guys are doing to make new use of public spaces around SA to turn any park into a movie theater! SA has so many pleasant evenings, it's a great way to get outdoors and still catch up on a movie.

He's a one man show but Mike knows what he is talking about. High priced but excellent quality- on stage/ Dj lights, fog machines, all sorts of equipment- I think I saw guitars too. He will usually matches (sometimes discounts) online prices or advertised prices - BUT you gotta be honest because he will call you out if you try to scam him. He is an honest guy who is very talented. After a couple of weeks where we tried to do it by ourselves, we finally called Mike. He personally took time to help and teach us how to work our purchases. Yes, purchases. Not much to do right now so we have found a new pastime. I highly recommend this local business. He has a very active Facebook feed but you can always call to check if it is opened before heading out to stone oak.

I researched several rental companies, and Absolute Rentals kept coming to the top of the list for best reviews. I wanted to write them off forever due to my prior experience, but I decided to give them another chance. The rental prices for the tables and chairs were very reasonable! They offer pickup and delivery of the equipment. The delivery service is where things get pricey. I went with delivery because the convenience of having them drop it off and pick it up was more valuable to me. The delivery service was great and friendly! They communicate with you the whole time and schedule a time that is convenient for you. They allow a few days after your event to pick up everything. Everything came in good condition and was easy to set up. I will definitely use Absolute Rentals for an event again!
